The Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Pill Xiefeizhutan Of Acutely Exacerbated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung)

Objective:Through using pill Xiefeizhutan to acutely exacerbated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm-heat obstructing lung),to observe its efficacy and study the influence of clinical symptoms,signs,routine blood,blood gas analysis and hemorheology。Method:60 patients who complied with the standard of acutely exacerbated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(phlegm-heat obstructing lung)were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group were received western medicine(bronchodilator,antibiotics and oxygen therapy etc),while the treatment group were received western medicine and pill Xiefeizhutan.One week as a course of treatment,lasting for two weeks.Result:l.The clinical efficacy of treatment group is much better than the Control group(P<0.05);2.The treatment group is more effectual in improving TCM syndrome,such as rritable cough,the yellow and thick phlegm,dry mouth hi drink,chest tightness or chest pain,brown urine,constipation and so on;3.The treatment group can get effective results in routine blood,blood gas analysis,hemorheology,pulmonary function;4.None adverse reactions of Pill Xiefeizhutan was discovered during the process.Conclusion:The treatment group is superior to control group at the improvement of the clinical symptoms,signs,routine blood tes,blood gas analysis,hemorheology and pulmonary function,without obvious adverse reactions.lt has clinical practical value。...
