Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Pill Xie Fei Zhu Tan Of Acutely Exacerbated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Speciality:Traditional Chinese Medicine Department Of Internal Medicine

Objective:TO observe the clinical efficiency of Pill Xie Fei Zhu Tan treating Acutely Exacerbated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(Phlegm-Block-Heat Obstructing Lung), To provide theory basis and feasible measure for Traditional Chinese Medicine applying in Lung DiseaseMethods:Collected60case complying with the standard of Acutely Exacerbated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease were randomly divided into two groups:The control group consisted of30patients,regularly given western measure to treat AECOPD while The therapy group consisted of30patients were cured with western medicine and pill xie fei zhu tan. After consecutive14days,observing the changes of clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indexes. Result:1The clinical efficiency comparsion;the results of the therapy group is better than the control group,the difference is considerbally significant.2The therapy group has a distinctive improvement in clinical symptoms.3The apparently different indexes about routine blood, blood gas analysis、hemotheology、Pulmonary function of the therap group is a intelligibal change.4There is no one has adverse reaction during the prosess.Conclusion:Pill xie fei zhu tan has obviously adventage of improving clinical symptoms、routine blood、blood gas analysis、hemotheology、 Pulmonary function over separate western therpy,so that we have to extend the application of Pill xie fei zhu tan.
