Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan Treatment Cervicial Erosion On (Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Pouring Downward) Research

Objective:Investigated the mechanism of the Zhong YaoWu Hao Shuan efficacy for the drug dosage forms, providing the basis for the feasibility of reform,laying the foundation for the clinical application.Methods:1 Clinical data:The patients accorded with the diagnostic standard of cervical erosion of westem medicine, and according to differentiation of syndromes in TCM it belonged to the type of damp invasion of lower energizer,90 cases were divided into Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group,Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group and Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group at random,every groups had 30 cases.The three groups were no significant difference (P>0.05)in age, course of disease illness grade, the scores of TCM Syndrome, the sub and type of cervical erosion, clop-clearing grade were comparable Affect the patient's prognosis factors are equilibrium in three groups. 2 Drug use:Given The Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan, the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen and Sha ji zi You Shuan respectirely. Three groups began to use it just three to five days after the menstrual cleaning,14 days a course moreover,go on use them 2 courses.Results:1 The total effective rate of the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group was 86.67%,the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group 90.00%, the Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group 76.67%, the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group and the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group have no significant difference (P>0.05). the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group and the Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group; the Zhong Yao Wu Hao Fen group the Sha Ji Zi You Shuan group have significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).2 Three groups could Significantly depress the integral about the size of cervical erosion surface, the degree of inflammation,,after the treatment(P<0.05).But have no Significantly difference in the clop-clearing grade(P>0.05).3 The Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan group resu(P>0.05).ance:that course of disease,erosion area, erosion type was correlated with efficacy, shorter duration, the smaller surface erosion, pathological type the lighter the better treatment, There was a significant difference (P<0.05).4 Security Analysis:No obvious adverse reactions and side effects in three groups during clinical study.All laboratory tests(Three conventional, liver and renal function,ECG)before and after the treatment had no treatment-related abnormalities.Shows that Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan no obvious side effects,safe and reliable.Conclusion:Zhong Yao Wu Hao Shuan could effectively treat chronic cervicitis and cervical erosion(syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward),obviously improve erosion area, inflammation and the correlate symptoms, has no side effects and a good foreground for clinic.Formulation of reform is successful,should be widely applied.
