Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder which occurred in children who was younger than 3 year old, characterized by serious?widespread damage of social interaction and communication skills,and stereotyped behavior?interests and activities.Children with autism demonstrate some problems.These problems make their guardians face continuous stresses and pressures,and resulte in psychological trauma. Resilience is a developmental phenomenon of psychology which is not impacted by severe damage of pressure or adversity. Resilience of guardians of children with autism not only contribute to their own psychological health but also help their autistic children's development. Protective factors of resilience can play a very important role in promoting the recovery of psychological trauma.Therefore,this study is to explore the protective factors of resilience of the guardians of children with autism,and provide theoretical basis for raising the level of their resilience.Using the combined research methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey, this study studied the levels and protective factors of resilience of the 49 guardians of children with autism. The results showed that: first, comparing with the unresilience group's, psychological health of the resilience group's was better. Q3(一) and Q4 exist very significant differences ; C(一),L and 0 exist very great significant differences. Second, the resilience group's protective factors were much more than the unresilience group. The symptoms of children with autism, community,school environment and social,cultural environment exist significant differences;individual characteristics of guardians of children with autism and the family environment exist very significant differences.Third,the change of the resilience of the guardians of children with autism was consistent with the trend of changes with the protective factors.The resilience of the guardians of children with autism and the symptoms of children with autism,the family environment exist very great significant positive correlation;the community and school environment?social and cultural environment exist very significant positive correlation;the individual characteristics of the guardians of children with autism exist a significant positive correlation. Fourth, the protective factors had different contribution rate on the resilience of guardians of children with autism. Arranging form big to small,they were family environment?social and cultural environment?individual characteristics of the guardians of children with autistim and the symptoms of children with autism. Based on the conclusions,we made educational suggestions. First,the guardians of children with autism should try to develop their own positive personality quality; Second,the families of children with autism should remain stable?united and harmonious environment; Third,schools and rehabilitation agencies should strive to give children with autism effective education and training; Fourth, communities should give the families of children with autism emotional and economic supports; Fifth, the government should make relevant laws and policies, establish welfare organizations, enhance the publicity; Sixth, psychology and special education workers should try to do the work of relevant practice and theoretical research.
