Analysis On The KAP Of Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine And Influential Factors Among Guardians Of Children And Vaccinated Health Care Workers In Yinchuan

Objectives To understand the KAP of Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine and influential factors among guardians of children in Yinchuan in order to avoid VAPP and maintain children's health for impelling Expanded Program on Immunization. To understand the satisfaction rate of guardians with service of Poliomyelitis vaccination, find problems, promote the development of national immunization program and improve the quality of vaccination service.Methods Prevalence study: The questionnaire survey was conducted among guardians of children who were randomly collected in vaccination clinic of Yinchuan. The questionnaire survey was conducted among Vaccinated health care workers in the whole community of Yinchuan. Statistics: Establishment database and analyze with software SPSS18.0, including descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, non-parametric test and parametric test.Results The questionnaire survey was conducted among 1164 guardians of children and their average age was 32.95±9.86.The IPV awareness rate was 67.07%.Multi-factor analysis showed that the IPV awareness rate were related to relationship with children, educational level, occupation, the number of family children. 532 guardians of children thought that was the necessity to get IPV vaccination, about 45.7%. Multi-factor analysis showed that the IPV knowledge score were related to the attitude. 224 guardians of children have been got vaccination of IPV, The results showed that the choice of IPV were related to educational level and the IPV knowledge score. The comprehensive score of Poliomyelitis vaccination service satisfaction was 88.71±8.20. The awareness rate of 52 vaccinated health care workers was 70.83%.Conclusion We need to focus on the vaccine related knowledge and enhance public awareness and education In the future. Promote education way according to the requirements of different people in order to improve the motivation of parents and strengthen the popularization of IPV knowledge. Children's guardians were satisfied with the Poliomyelitis vaccination services. But there is still room for further improvement and enhancement to improve the enthusiasm of parents and the satisfaction degree.
