The awareness rate regrading the transmission and non-transmission pathes was low, which was 74.2%,63.3% and 47.9% respectively. The proportion of the students who were willing to study in the same classroom and live in same dorm with the HIV/AIDS was low, which was 44.8% and 46.5% respectively.2 After-health-education survery results:After health education, the average knowledge awareness rates regarding AIDS in the five groups were 93.3%,87.7%, 89.3%,81.6% and 84.9.% respectively and raised by 5.3%,2.7%,4.6%,3.4% and 0.1% respectively. The positive attitude to HIV/AIDS in the Peer Education Group, Health Prescription Groupand Life Skills Group was improved about 21.3%,4.9% and 12.7% respectively, while the positive attitude of Health Lecture Group was decreased.Conclusions1 The knowledge awareness regarding HIV/AIDS in the college student was much lower than 85%, which is the level assigned by our country. Lacking of the knowledge regarding the HIV transmission was the remarbale. Some students discriminated against HIV/AIDS patients seriously.2 The effect of the peer education was the best, which made the college students'HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and attitudes improved significantly. The second was the life skills. The method of health lecture improved the college students'HIV/AIDS-related knowledge, but didn't make their attitude to HIV infected people or AIDS patients better significantly. The effect of health prescription was not significant.
