Clinical Analysis On 25 Cases Of Ureteroeles In Adults

ObjectiveTo study diagnosis and treatment of ureteroceles in adultsMethodsDiagnosis and Treatment of Ureteroceles in Adults,25cases of ureteroceles inadults were studied retrospectively in our hospital,all patients were diagnosed byB-ultrasonic scan (B-us),intravenous urography(IVU) and cystoscopy before operation, reimplantation of ureter to the urinary bladder was performed in9cases, lawtransurethral incision was usd in 16 cases.Results25 cases were cured and followed up for 1-6 years without complications.ComclusionB-us,IVU and cystoscopy are the major examination methods for ureterocelesin adults. The cystoscopy is the appropriate diagnostic means of ureterocele. Transurethral insision is the convenient,safely and effective treatment for Ureteroceles in adult. If vesicoureteral reflux is severe postoperatively, the open operation is the usual methods of treatment, reimplantation of ureter to the urinary bladder should be done.
