ADHD is one of the most common behavior disorders in school-age children. ADHD's core symptoms are impaired concentration, hyperactivity and impulsion, which seriously affect children's life and study. There are about 30% children who still have hyperactivity symptoms when they are adults, which affect their home life, personal achievements and social relations, so it is very important to interact with these children at early period.Sandplay Therapy is a kind of play therapy. Children play sand, water and toys in"free and protected"space provided by therapists. Base-on overviews of former researches, This research raises probability that the Sandplay can treat ADHD on the part of raised question and introduces Sandplay to treat ADHD. Considering the importance of teacher-student relationship of special education schools, In the sandplay treatment of ADHD, interventing teacher-student relationship, in order to realize comprehensive interference effect.This research is a case study using experimental design comparing the scores before and after treatment of the testing group and control group. During the process of treatment, the research detail recorded the process of children's case and group Sandplay treatment. The research summarized the Sandplay works'features of ADHD by analyzing children with ADHD how to make their case Sandplay and their works. The research also validated the probability that Sandplay can treat ADHD by comparing the before-after scores of testing group and controlling group. The conclusions of the research are as follows:1. Case Sandplay therapy and converging Sandplay therapy have some effects on treating ADHD.2. Converging Sandplay therapy is not better than case Sandplay therapy during short time.3. Group Sandplay therapy can improve the teacher-student relationship of special education schools.4. ADHD children's Sandplay works can representation their mental growth process.5. Sandplay therapy applies to a special crowd on special educational environment, which can be a psychotherapy to apply in psychology consultation on the special educational domain and on the treatment of clinical practice.
