ObjectiveTo discuss and research the influence of special education, rehabilitation therapy and the special ultrasonic therapy on motor function and cognitional function disturbance of cerebral palsy of preschool children and compare variation of curative effect and finding a more effective method to improve motor function and cognitional function disturbance of cerebral palsy of preschool children.MethodsTo use completely randomized design.40 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into 2 groups. There were 20 children in each group. Group A received special ultrasonic therapy, special education and routine rehabilitation therapy, group B received special education and routine rehabilitation therapy. All the children received correlation appraisal before the experiment and the end.Results1.There is a significant difference both group A and group B after 12 weeks of treatment and 24 weeks follow-up visit in appraisal consequence of gross motor and activities of daily living(P<0.05).2.There is a significant difference between groupA and groupB after 12 weeks of treatment and 24 weeks follow-up visit in appraisal consequence of in latent period and amplitude wave of P300(P<0.05).3.There is a significant difference between groupA and groupB after 12 weeks of treatment and 24 weeks follow-up visit in appraisal consequence of intelligence(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The special ultrasonic therapy, special education and routine rehabilitation therapy is better than special education and routine rehabilitation therapy in motor function disturbance, cognitional function disturbance and activity of daily living of cerebral palsy of preschool children.2.The special ultrasonic therapy, special education and routine rehabilitation therapy reduce the peak latencies and improve the amplitude of P300 in children with Cerebral Palsy.
