| Object:From cases who were healthy or with different stomach disease citizens in my hospital, to investigate the infection status of Helicobacter Pylori. To study the interrelation between in the age,race,region,of the sex and the disease of different stomach disease in Chi Feng area.Methods:1000 healthy cases were given the 14C-UBT.The Hp infection was assessed by detecting the 14C-UBT.960 cases with stomach disease were given electronic gastroscopy test and the Hp RUT and 14C-UBT.The Hp infection was assessed by detecting the Hp RUT and 14C-UBT.Results: 1 The infection status of Hp in healthy groups:(1)There are 644 cases were infected in 1000 cases who are healthy rural/urban citicens. The Hp infection rate was 64.4%.(2)The sex and The Hp infection rate For 1000 healthy cases,there are 344 cases were infected in 532 males, the Hp infection rate was 64.7%, there are 300 cases were infected in 468 males, the Hp infection rate was 64.1%. The Hp infection rate of sex was significant (x2=0.003, p>0.05).(3)Age construction and The Hp infection rate For 1000 healthy cases,the age distribution was 7-82 years old,each ten years was divided in to one group,the Hp infection rate was different for each age group, The Hp infection rate was different in different age groups who were 33.3%,44.4%,61.8%,69%,70.3%,71.1%,68.6%,57.5%,53.8%,the Hp infection rate of children was 33.3%, The Hp infection rate present the up-tend along with the growth of the age,51-60 years old reach the high peak, the Hp infection rate was 71.1%, hereafter 60 years old descend gradually.(4)Nation and the Hp infection rate For 1000 healthy cases, there are 450 cases were infected in 683 Hans, the Hp infection rate was 65.9%. there are 161 cases were infected in 265 Mongolia, the Hp infection rate was 60.8%. there are 25 cases were infected in 39 Manchus, the Hp infection rate was 64.1%. there are 8 cases were infected in 13 huis, the Hp infection rate was 61.5%. The Hp infection rate of different nations was not statistically significant, (x2=0.141,0.052,0.143,0.144,0.181,0.028, p>0.05)(5)Region and The Hp infection rate For 1000 healthy cases, there are 457 cases were infected in 734 city dweller, the Hp infection rate was 62.1%. There are 188 cases were infected in 266 country dweller, the Hp infection rate was 70.7%. The Hp infection rate in rural area residents was higher than in city residents.The difference was statistically significant, (x2=6.23 p<0.05).2. Hp infection in patients with varieties upper gastrointestinal disease Upper gastrointestinal diseases were 960 cases, including chronic superficial gastritis, chronic atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and gastric cancer,the Hp infection rates were 67.7%(302/446),73.7% (143/194),83.1%(108/130),93.7%(133/142),75%(36/48), Hp infection of patients with duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer were significantly higher than that of other upper gastrointestinal diseases, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).3.Comparing the group of Hp infection in Healthy group of patients with upper gastrointestinal disease Healthy subjects group, including the number of 1000 cases, of which was 644 cases of positive, Hp infection rate was 64.4%.Upper gastrointestinal disease group, including the number of 960 cases, of which was 722 cases of positive, Hp infection rate was 75.1%.Hp infection rate of upper gastrointestinal disease group was significantly higher than healthy group Hp infection, the difference was statistically significant, (x2=27.09, p<0.05).Conclusions:1.Hp infection rate was 64.4% in healthy population of the Chifeng region, it were higher than the average natural rate of infection in the country2.In healthy population of the Chifeng region, Hp infection rate was in line with the growth of age, which reached the peak when the people's were 51-60-year-old. The infection rate of urban residents were higher than that of rural residents, but there were no difference in gender and ethnic factors.3. With digestive diseases, Hp infection rate in patients were significantly higher than healthy people Hp infection.4. Hp infection rate were not the same in patients with various upper gastrointestinal diseases, which were highest in patients with duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer.
