ObjectiveTo observe the risk factors of the Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with diabetic foot, in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of diabetic foot, to reduce the diabetic foot morbidity, mortality, and reduce the medical burden associated with disease.MethodsSelect 108 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object. According to the patients with and without diabetic foot, the research object can be divided into two groups.Among them, 48 patients with diabetic foot are DF group, according to the Wagner grading standards for grade I 25 cases, grade II 6 cases, grade III 5 cases, grade IV 8 cases, and grade V 4 cases. Including 28 males and 20 females, from 56 to 78 years old, the average age of them is(66.48±4.74)years old; 60 diabetic patients without diabetic foot for NDF group, including 35 males and 22 females, from 51 to 74 years old, the average age of them is(60.61±5.1)years old. Two groups of patients were treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs and diabetic diet. Compare two groups of patients’ age, body mass index(BMI), smoking history, diabetes duration; compare two groups of patients’ incidence of the diabetic retinopathy(DR),the diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),the diabetic nephropathy(DN) and the peripheral artery disease(PAD); compare two groups of patients’ fasting blood glucose(FBG), 2h postprandial blood glucose(2 HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), fibrinogen(FIB), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),albumin(ALB) and urid acid(UA).Statistical method:using SPSS17.00 statistics software, the measurement data was represented as(??S), and the t test was performed between groups. The count data was tested using the ?2 test, as indicated by P<0.05 with statistically significant difference.Results1.In 108 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes, associated with diabetic foot patients with type 2 diabetes accounted for 44.4%.2. The age, diabetes duration,FBG, 2 hpG, HbAlc,FIB, UAER,ALB and UA of the patients in DF and NDF groups have significant differences. No significant differences between the two groups of patients with BMI, smoking history,TC and TG.3.The comparisons of chronic complications in two groups: There are statistically significant differences between the two groups’ incidence of the DPN,DR,DN,PAD.ConclusionThe results of this study show that, early detection of DM,effective control of blood glucose, effective control of blood pressure, regulation of FIB,UA and other metabolic patameters, improve the nutritional status of the diabetic patients with hypoproteinemia, prevention and treatment of DR,DN,DPN and PAD can prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot and reduce the mortality and mutilation of diabetic foot.
