The biggst differences with specialized teams are its non-establishment and establishment of temporary, while their equipments are equipped wih no uniform standards.Therefore,carrying out the research of the team's draw groups,training and equipmet of emergeny sanitation and epidemic team of military medical university is great significance.ObjectiveTo get the principles of organization and training; standard equipment and its utility software of emergency health and epidemic prevention teams of military medical university.MethodsThis study have used the methods of literature review, focus group interviews, on-site investigation, delphi and analytic hierarchy process.First,We want to know the main problems that the emegency sanitation and epidemic prevention team of military medical university exist when they are woking in wenchuan earthquake disaster through the on-site investigation;second,using the method of literature review and focus group interview to determine the Delphi questionnaire;third,using the method of Delphi and AHP consultation to determine the principles of organization and training; standard equipment and its utility software of emergency health and epidemic prevention teams of military medical university.Results1.On-site investigation results:First, the members'constitution is unreasonable; second, the task is not clear; third, problems of living and working's equipment; forth, inadequate training.2.Expert consultation results:The expert opinion reach consensus after two rounds of expert consultation., the coefficient of variation is less than 0.25, the coordination between the coefficients of 0.155 and 0.366, and chi-square test was with statistical significance. Using the method of analytic hierarchy process to determine the composition of sanitation and epidemic prevention team of military medical university, the result of statistical is largest eigenvalueλmax=6.32, CR=0.064<0.1,comparison matrix has satisfying consistency.ConclusionFinally,we get the military medical university's emergency sanitation and epidemic prevention team of earthquake disaster relief's basic theory, principles of personnel drawn set, the professional knowledge and skills needed, equipment of the team needed and practical software.
