Discussion of the metabolic syndrome liver qi Yu syndrome (MS) components of the metabolic effects in rats, liver qi Yu and MS rat liver X receptors (LXRs) to express the relationship between the Shugan Qi and the role of law in MS.2. Qi Yu pairs of MS patients to explore the metabolic effects of component and the card type and SAS, SDS Scale relationship.Methods1. Basical ResearchSixty-one healthy male SPF level just from the milk in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) were randomly divided into normal diet control group (NC group,11), and high-fat diet group (FN group,50), FN group and the NC, respectively, by the cobalt-60 irradiated of the high fat diet and regular rodents fed. All patients measured height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, blood coagulation in patients with other indicators and calculated body mass index, SAS, and SDS Scale standard score scale, to observe the target groups in different syndromes and the expression of Syndromes and SAS, SDS Scale relationship.Results1. Control group, no significant edema in rat liver and fat changes; MS tissue lesions in rats with mild fatty liver change, moderate chronic inflammation, some showed focal necrosis of liver cells.2. After 20 days of modeling, experimental group,16 rats were compared with control group suffered from slow, behavioral retardation and markedly reduced, back hair and sparse brown non-Ze, tail trunk, covered with brown scales, weight loss (with compared with the control group p<0.01). In line with the typical performance in animal models of liver qi yu syndrome.3. Qi Yu MS experimental group and control group, blood pressure, fasting glucose, TG, TC, HDL-C was statistically significant (p<0.05); pure MS experimental group and control group, fasting glucose, TG, TC, HDL-C was statistically significant (p<0.05).4. Qi Yu MS rats in control group and experimental group LXRs results expressed strong positive and weak positive; pure MS control group and experimental group LXRs results expressed strong positive and weak positive.5.MS patient's age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood glucose, HDL in all Syndromes no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).6. Course of the diseaseLiver Qi stagnation group and phlegm Yongsheng Group, spleen and kidney deficiency group there are differences (P<0.05).7. SAS and SDS standard scoreLiver Qi stagnation group and the other three groups had significant difference (P<0.01).ConclusionBe made in a cobalt-60 irradiation of the high fat fed SHR14 weeks, may be established animal model of MS. Liver qi Yu MS rats increased the metabolic components of the degree of MS in rat liver qi Yu affect the expression of LXRs, Shugan Qi method in rats the metabolic components of MS there is improvement.In this study, MS patients with a maximum distribution of qi stagnation. Different Syndromes of indicators between the two groups there are certain differences in patients with qi stagnation duration, height, weight, BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, TG is higher than the rest of the card type groups, qi stagnation syndrome patients may have than the rest of the card type group worse prognosis. And qi stagnation syndrome in patients with SAS, SDS standardscore with the rest of the card type group were significantly different, which may be MS a new treatment method provides a new direction.
