Objective:To explore the effect on liver tissue morphous of Kun-dan on Metabolic syndrome rats and mechanism research, Seek evidence for clinic use of the formula from experiment.Method:95 Wistar males rats were randomly divided into the blank control group (n=10) and model group(n=85).The blank control group were given distilled water,the model group were given high-fat,high-sugar,high-salt emulsion.After 6 weeks,the model succeeded rats divided into 7 groups randomly in terms of the weigh of the rats:model control group,Kun-dan large medium and low dose group,Rosiglitazon group,Lovastatin group,Captroprio group,which were given with the appropriate drug for 6 weeks,and continue given high-fat,high-sugar,high-salt emulsion. Making pathologic biopsy of liver, To observe the general state of rats.Detetion of rat body weight,fasting blood glucose,serum insulin,insulin sensitive index,blood lipids,blood pressure,free fatty acids(FFA), TNF-a,leptin.Results:(1)Kun-dan large and medium dose could significantly improve blood stasis of Hepatic blood sinus and central venous,reduce inflammatory cell infiltration in portal canal area.(2)Kun-dan large dose group could improve general condition of MS rats,significantly reduce their weight,fasting blood glucose,serum insulin, TG,LDL-C,blood pressure,TNF-a, and increased insulin sensitive index;(3) Kun-dan large and medium dose could significantly reduce TC, FFA, leptin, increased HDL-C;Conclusion:Kun-dan can obviously reduce damage on liver cells and protect liver cells,so could loss weight,lower blood glucose,regulate lipid and lower blood pressure,and improve insulin resistance;the mechanism could be concerned with yi qi huo xue li shi hua zhuo and reduce the TNF-α, FFA, leptin.
