Cervical spondylosis is the common diseases of in the middle and old aged. The prevalence of cervical spondylosis becomes rejuvenation, with the changes of people's work and life. Now the etiology and pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis is debatable. Chinese medicine think that it's deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity. We get disease when we are physically weak,so the'qi'and the'xue'get rupture in the neck. The modern medicine thinks that it's the disc degeneration and the imbalance of cervical, which cause symptoms of cervical spondylosis. The'Jin's three-Needle'is created by the famous acupuncturists, pro. jin rui.The'neck three-pointneedling'is widely used by acupuncturists. My study threats cervical spondylosis by acupoint magnetic with'neck three-point needling'and investigates it' s effectiveness and replicability.ObjectiveObserving the effects of threating cervical spondylopathy and nerve-root cervicalcal spondylosis by acupoint magnetic with'neck three-point needling' acupunctureMethodsUsing simple randomized controlled, the sixty patients is equally divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group we acupuncture with'neck three-point needling'and applicate discs on the'dazhu'and 'jingbailao'every night. In the control group we acupuncture with'neck three-point needling'every other day. Two weeks is a therapy, two therapys in all. Then the scores of PRI, VAS, PPI before and after treatment are observed. We analyze the improvements of the score and effective rate.Results1. In the treatment group,19 cases were cured,8 cases had marked therapeutic effects,2 cases had certain improvement,1 case did not respond to the treatment.The effective rate is 96.7%, the cure rate is 63.3%,. In the control group,11 cases were cured,12 cases had marked therapeutic effects,5 cases had certain improvement,2 cases did not respond to the treatment. The effective rate is 93.3%, the cure rate is 36.7%. In the effective rate, there is no significant differences between two groups. In the cure rate, the treatment group is more effective.2. In the treatment group, the difference of PRI is-7.3667±3.0792, the difference of VAS is-3.7000±1.9145, the difference of PPI is-1.6000±0.6675. In the control group, the difference of PRI is-4.9667±1.8659, the difference of VAS is-2.3333±1.1842, the difference of PPI is-0.8667±0.6288. There is Significant difference between two groups.ConclusionBoth methods for treating cervical spondylopathy and nerve-root cervicalcal spondylosis have certain therapeutic effect, but the group of acupoint magnetic with'neck three-point needling'made a better effect.
