Objective:To explore factors those Impact effect of tubal obstruction infertility interventional treatment.Materials and Methods:76 case suffered from tubal obstruction infer-tility in accordance with the inclusive critera From March 2009 to April 2010 in First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM Were divided into two groups.46 patients in the treatment group were treated by Interventional treatment of Chinese characteristics; Uterine tubal fluid technique with danshen injection and External Treatment of TCM.30 patients in the control group were treated by Interventional recanalization;Uterine tubal fluid technique and Anti-inflammatory treatment. Patient were done check of safety indicators those Leucorrhea routine, routine, urine routine, liver function, kidney function, pelvic ultrasound and ECG in Preoperative. The patients in the treatment group were treated by Uterine tubal fluid technique with danshen injection and External Treatment of TCM in 3-7 days after menstrual clean in two months After interventional recanalization. The patients in the control group were treated by Uterine tubal fluid technique and Anti-inflammatory treatment in 3-7 days after menstrual clean in two months After interventional recanalization.Follow-up six months, Pregnancies were diagnosed with pelvic ultrasonography, No pregnancies had done hysterosalpingography to observe patency Circumstances of fallopian tube. Last, adding up data, evaluating correlation between age, duration, site of obstruction, tubal morphology, primary infertility/secondary infertility and treatment options with the relevance of tubal patency. Results:Studing 76 patients with tubal obstruction infertility, Treatment and control groups each had one defaulting patient. Suppose two patients were both best outcome with by ITT analysis. There had 123 art-icles fallopian tubes, in which the treatment group had 75, control group had 48.67 articles fallopian tubes in the treatment group and 44 articles fallopian tubes in the control group had been dredged.Follow-up six months,7 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group were diagnosed be pregnant by pelvic ultrasonography.1 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group were diagnosed be ectopic pregnancy by pelvic ultrasonography and Laparoscopic. No pregnancies had 6 articles blocking fallopian tubes in the treatment group and 13 articles fallopian tubes in the control group. The patency rate were each [(67-6) /67] 91.04%, [(44-13)/44] 70.45%by hysterosalpingography. Using Logistic regression analysis, tubal morphology, primary/secondary infertility and treatment were closely related Factors with patency rate in 6 factors which were age, duration, site of obstruction, tubal morphology, primary/secondary infertility, and treatment(P<0.05). Tubal morphology and treatment were main factors (P= 0.000, P= 0.008, P <0.05). Effect of the treatment group compared with the control group analysis used X2 test. X2 test conclusion:P= 0.012 (P<0.05), the difference was significant. The treatment group and control group patency rate was significantly different. Conclusion:The preliminary results show that 3 factors which were the treatment programs, tubal morphology, primary/secondary infertility significantly correlated with the patency rate, in which the treatment programs and tubal morphology wre main factors.
