Objective: To analyze the pregnancy outcome of tubal anastomosis after tubal ligation and its influencing factors. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 218 patients who underwent tubal anastomosis at the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January2006 to November 2020,of which 112 cases were followed up(follow-up rate51.38%).The sample rate between groups was tested by χ2 test or Fisher’s test.Seven influencing factors related to pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis including age, ligation years, surgical methods, the site of tubal anastomosis, unilateral or bilateral tubal anastomosis, with or without pelvic adhesions, and whether to perform hydrotubation after surgery were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: Among the 112 cases of follow-up,70 cases were intrauterine pregnancy. The intrauterine pregnancy rate was 62.50%.The multivariate logistic regression analysis of the factors influencing the pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis showed that older age(≥34 years old)is the independent influencing factor of low internal pregnancy rate, with the differences being tatistically significant(P<0.05).While there was no significant correlation between ligation years or surgical methods and the intrauterine pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis, with the differences being no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The pregnancy rate after tubal anastomosis is closely related to the patient’s age, while the remaining 6 items have no significant impact on the postoperative pregnancy rate. The operation should take age as the main reference index. For patients younger than 34 and without other infertility factors, tubal anastomosis may be one of considerations.
