[Objective] Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common gynecological diseases which makes the women of childbearing age endocrine disorders and infeitility. Its clinical symptoms are diversity, heterogeneity, and its typical clinical presentation is sporadic ovulation and (or) non-ovulation, menstrual disorders, infertility, hirsutism, acne, obesity and polycystic ovary-like change, etc. Besides, the hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance and hyperandrogenism are also make its endocrine features.Chinese medicine's efficacy in the treatment of PCOS has been generally recognized, the medical view that the main pathogenesis of PCOS is a "kidney", but the clinical symptoms found in patients with kidney deficiency occurs rarely simple, often combined in varying degrees and mixed with other symptoms, as one of the main card type-kidney deficiency of PCOS, study on it is practical necessity and feasibility. As the accruate tests of the reproductive hormones and metabolism are continuously inproving and the awareness of physiological and pathological PCOS deeper understanding, through combining laboratory tests and TCM syndrome differentiation, learning with the clinical features of PCOS would benefit for the further understanding of Chinese medicine about the PCOS, the more accurately reconiced to the syndrome differentiation. This study on the clinical investigation the history of the kidney deficiency PCOS patients recorede the complete history, clinical symptoms, signs, endocrine, glucose metabolism, B ultrasonic examination, etc., researching the kidney deficiency syndrome of the PCOS patients, the distribution of medicine and the clinical features of endocrine and glucose metabolism, after that,we can make more in-depth understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis PCOS, with a view to future clinical endocrinology and metabolism can be the clinical syndrome with cross-references and, ultimately, make a standards treatment for the kidney deficiency patients of PCOS and provide a more and more powerful theory for it.[Method] According to the kidney deficiency patients'clinical syndrome, we will devide the 87 patients in this study into three groups. Recoreding the patients'menstruation, acne, hirsutism, etc., and the patient's age, weight, height, basal body temperature, etc. Test the patients'serum follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin, free testosterone, estradiol, fasting glucose, fasting insulin, two-hour postprandial blood glucose, calculate the patients'body mass index, insulin sensitivity index; using the statistical software to analysis the collected data and information, in order to explore the type PCOS patients with kidney disease and the distribution of medicine and the clinical features of Endocrinology and Metabolism.[Results] 1, Evidence-based distribution:The incidence of the kidney deficiency with phlegm, with stagnation of liver and with blood stasis was 41.38%,29.89% and 28.73%, between the two groups of the three syndromes, the kidney with phlegm has a high incidence, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 2, The distribution of syndromes:The incicence of kidney phlegm group was higher, the difference was statistically significant with significant (P<0.01);More hair, acne in the kidney higher incidence of liver depression group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Amenorrhea in Kidney higher incidence of blood stasis group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3, Related history: Between the two groups of three syndromes, when the patients came to the doctors, the kidney liver depression group showed a lower mean age, and the morbidity is higher in adolescence, the difference was statistically significant (P> 0.05); Between the two groups of three syndromes, kidney deficiency with blood stasis group has a longer course of disease, significant difference was significant (P<0.05); 4, Sex hormone indicators:Between the two groups of three syndromes, kidney liver depression group showed a high level of free testosterone (T), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Combining the Kidney phlegm group and the kidney liver depression group, group of stagnation of liver kidney has a high level of PRL, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); 5, Glucose metabolism indicators:Between the two groups of three syndromes, the fasting blood glucose (FBG) level, two-hour postprandial blood glucose levels, the fasting insulin (FINS) levels and the body mass index (BMI) were all higher in the kidney patients with phlegm gorup, while the insulin sensitivity index (ISI) was low, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);Between the two groups of three syndromes, kidney phlegm group of patients had a higher incidence of the hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance and the impaired glucose tolerance, and significant differences were statistically significant (P <0.01).6, Other supplementary examination:Kidney deficiency with blood stasis group showed a higher incidence of polycystic ovary-like changes, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05)[Conclusion] 1, Kidney disease is an important pathogenesis of PCOS; 2 Kidney deficiency with phlegm is most common syndromes and disorders, the following syndromes are the kidney deficiency with stagnation of liver and the kidney deficiency with blood stasis; 3, The high incidence of obesity, IGT and IR is an important feature of kidney deficiency with phlegm of PCOS;Young age of onset, with high incidence in adolescence, hirsutism, acne, high levels of serum T and PRL is the kidney deficiency with stagnation of liver's clinical features; The high incidence of amenorrhea and PCO, longer course are the important features of kidney deficiency blood stasis of PCOS.
