Research On Effective Supply Of Rural Health Care And Medical Security:Based On The Practice Of Urban

The issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area are intertwined and has been the overall situation of China’s social stability and economic development. Over the years, the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area are not effectively addressed. With the rapid economic development after China’s reform and opening up the gap between urban and rural areas is increasing. China’s rural residents lacked of social security in silence contribute for economic development. Rural health care and medical security system as an important part of the rural social security system, improved the physical quality of rural residents and people’s livelihood of rural residents has an irreplaceable role in its establishment and improvement of China’s participation in world competition, it is the only way to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The article pointed out that the rural health care and medical security system as public goods, its externalities and information asymmetry on the basis of the analysis pointed out the inevitability of government-led China’s rural medical security system reform. And then use the methods of historical analysis, reviewed the evolution of China’s rural health care and medical security system and constraints, and innovation to the perspective of the urban and rural status of the rural health protection system reform be divided into three categories, and then of an empirical study method, the system summary on the basis of the practice and effectiveness of rural health care and medical security system in Chengdu, by use of a large number of research data, summed up the various problems that exist in the rural medical insurance system reform, combined with Chengdu City advanced reform experience, proposed the ideas and path of reform.
