ObjectiveTo compare the preemptive analgesia efficacy between parecoxib sodium and flurbiprofen axetil.Methods60 adult patients(ASAâ… -â…¡) scheduled to take gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into three groups(20 cases in each group). Before induction of anesthesia, parecoxib sodium injection 40 mg was givenâ…£in Group A,flurbiprofen axetil 1.25mg/kg was administeredâ…£in Group B,and in Group C,equivalent dose of 0.9% NaCl was injected as control.Intravenous anesthetic consumption during the surgery and analgesics consumption after the surgery was recorded. Arterial pressure, heart rate and serum levels of IL-6 were detected at 30 min before the induction(T1),30min,60min after pneumoperitoneum(T2,T3) and 2h after the end of surgery(T4). The pain score with visual analogue scale(VAS), Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS) and incidence of adverse events were recorded 2h,4h,6h and 24h after the surgery.ResultsPropofol and remifentanil consumptions were reduced in group A and B compared that in group C.The level of serum IL-6 significantly increased after operation. At T3,T4,the IL-6 concentrations in group C were the highest amoung three groups (P<0.05).The VAS scores in group A and B were lower than that in group C at 2h,6h after operataion and the score in group A were the lowest among the three groups at 12h after operation (P<0.05). During the 12h after operations, the BCS scores of group A were significantly higher than that of group C and that of group B were also higher than that of group C at 2h,6h after operation (P<0.05). The rate of the patients who have taken analgesics after the surgery of group A and B were lower than that in group C.ConclusionBoth parecoxib sodium and flurbiprofen axetil injection IV in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscoptic surgery have anti-inflammatory roles and provide adequate preemptive analgesic effect. Parecoxib sodium may be a better choice.
