Preemptive Analgesia Combined With Flurbiprofen Axetil And Morphine For Postoperative Analgesia In Patients Undergoing Gynecological Surgery

ObjectiveTo compare analgesic efficacy of preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil combined with morphine,postoperative analgesia and epidural morphine alone during gynecological operation.MethodsSixty patients(ASAâ… -â…¡) were randomly assigned into three groups.The patients in groupâ… (n=20)received intravenous flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg in 10 minutes before surgery and epidural morphine 1.5mg(dilutes with nature saline to 5ml) after surgery,those in groupâ…¡(n=20) received intravenous flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg and epidural morphine 1.5mg(dilutes with nature saline to 5ml) after surgery,and those in groupâ…¢received epidural morphine 2mg(dilutes with nature saline to 5ml) after surgery alone.Postoperative analgesia efficacy was assessed by VAS at 1,2,4,8,12hours and adverse effect were recorded after surgery.Results1.All of the patients in three groups had got the satisfactory efficacy of postoperative analgesia.The 1,2,4,8 hours after operations the VAS of groupâ…¢was higher than those of groupâ… and groupâ…¡significantly(P<0.05);during the first 4 hours the VAS of groupâ…¡was higher than that of groupâ… significantly(P<0.05);but at 12 hours after operation the VAS among the three groups there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).2.The percentage of patients who had nausea,vomiting and pruritus was lower in groupâ… and groupâ…¡than that in groupâ…¢.All patients during analgesia breathing freely,circulation keep stability,no respiratory depression,gastrointestinal bleeding and other serious complications occurred.ConclusionsFlurbiprofen axetil combined with morphine can improves the analgesic effects and atone obviously the insufficiency of slow effect with epidural morphine,intravenous preemptive analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil has the better analgesic efficancy.
