Fusui County of Guangxi Autonomous Region and the Qidong County in Jiangsu Province are the highest incidence areas. However, PHC incidence rates have increased every year and PHC treatments are currently not ideal, so PHC is a serious threat to human health and life of the disease. Epidemiology of medical workers and researchers all focus on etiology and pathogenesis of PHC. Although etiology and pathogenesis of PHC is currently not clear, domestic and foreign researchers have confirmed the occurrence of PHC is related to hepatitis B virus infection. Epidemiologists show that PHC have obvious family. Genetic factors in the pathogenesis of PHC has played an important role, which is agreed by medical researchers at home and abroad. PHC occurs with a relate to environmental factors . PHC is s multiple genes, many factors, multi-step interaction results. A virus infection, genetic susceptibility and environmental factors lead to liver cancer occur in three main factors. Those patients come from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and Hospital of Guangxi Autonomous Region and collected blood 7～8ml(anticoagulation blood 5ml,noanticoagulation blood 2ml).②At Cangwu Country and Fusui County of Guangxi Autonomous Region, with the help of the local government and doctors we can find the probands who are diagnosed by the large hospitals and collect blood 7～8ml from probands and their parents.⑶The graduate of Guangxi Medical University and researcher from laboratory follow the standards of the registration form about nuclear family sample bank of NPC and PHC to ask the information of nuclear family sample bank of NPC and PHC.①the information of Demography: name,age,gender,nation,job,birthplace and telephone of probands and probands'parents.②the information of probands: date of first visit,laboratory inspection results(EB virus in patients with NPC-associated antigen antibody,Serum hepatitis B patients with PHC, and two pairs of semi-liver function test results),imaging results(MRI,CT,X photo),pathological diagnosis TNM stage of NPC,clinical stage of NPC and PHC.③Habits and customs of probands and probands'parents: habits about smoking and drinking,family history with the same disease. Analysis the data to find out the features about probands and compare the lab results with normal people.Result:⑴IN the nuclear family sample bank of NPC, the condition of 256 NPC patients is that: male patients are 191,female patients are 65;han patients are 187,not-han patients (mainly zhuang and yao)are 69; farmers are 132,workers are 32, cadres are 21,others are 71;the youngest one is six years old , the oldest is fifty-three years old, the average is 26.60; 36 NPC nuclear family have cancer family history and 26 NPC nuclear family have NPC family history, which are totally 35 NPC patients and in which one have the most 5 NPC patients including proband; low differentiation squamous cell carcinoma 246, undifferentiated carcinoma 8,others 2; stage 12,Ⅱstage 62,Ⅲstage 75,Ⅳstage 107.The test results of probands'parents are positive number 47, the percentage of 18.4% of probands'father and positive number 35, the percentage of 13.7% of probands'mother.⑵IN the nuclear family sample bank of PHC, the condition of 221 PHC patients is that: male patients are 197,female patients are 24;han patients are 129,not-han patients (mainly zhuang and yao)are 92; farmers are 164,workers are 15, cadres are 16,others are 26;the youngest one is thirteen years old, the oldest is fifty-six years old, the average is 35.44; 25 PHC nuclear family have cancer family history and 23 PHC nuclear family have PHC family history, which are totally 33 PHC patients and in which one have the most 6 PHC patients including proband. The test results of probands'parents are those: positive number of FHBsAg32, the percentage of 14.5%,positive number of FHBsAb128, the percentage of 57.9%,positive number of FHBeAg5, the percentage of 2.3%,positive number of FHBeAb35, the percentage of 15.8%,positive number of FHBcAb65, the percentage of 28.1%,positive number of both FHBsAg and FHBcAb 30, the percentage of 13.6% ; positive number of MHBsAg63, the percentage of 28.5%,positive number of MHBsAb95, the percentage of 43.0%,positive number of MHBeAg5, the percentage of 2.3%,positive number of MHBeAb73, the percentage of 33.0%,positive number of MHBcAb112, the percentage of 50.7%,positive number of MHBsAg and MHBcAb 61, the percentage of 27.6% .Conclusion:Medical researchers spent a lot of time in animals and cells for tumor long time ago, but with the development of medical knowledge people change their ideas. People study tumor from animals and cells to bodies. People know that it is important to study tumor sample, because cancer research's final service object is the human body. Establishing standard tumor sample bank is the age requirement for the development . Tumor specimens library built on to more effective use of tumor specimens resources, which makes sample serve the study of tumor. Our lab takes full advantage of have the risk of NPC and PHC in Guangxi Autonomous Region and establish 256 nuclear family sample bank of NPC and 221 nuclear family sample bank of PHC for four years. We also build up gradually over a set of standardization of sample collection, preservation and management of the system. We should be on this basis, to take full advantage of cancer varieties, geographical features, seize a wide range of development opportunities, the tumor sample bank to do more, to take full advantage of tumor sample bank of great resources to help carry out fundamental research on cancer, benefiting thousands of cancer patients.
