Purpose: The purpose of this study was to establish the model of biological sample bank with TCM characteristics,and to analyze the samples of exfoliated cells of tongue coating from 60 children with(HSPN).To explore the correlation between the exfoliative cells of tongue coating and TCM syndrome type of HSPN in children,the purpose of this study was to take the sample of tongue coating of children with HSPN as an example,in order to promote the establishment of the.It also provides theoretical basis for the objectivity and standardization of tongue diagnosis in children with HSPN.Material and method:1.Collection of tongue coating samples: according to the standard method of TCM,two doctors and professional doctors who have obtained the qualification of practicing doctors observe the tongue picture,record the relevant information of the tongue picture,and collect the image under natural light.The source of tongue coating samples was collected by smear method.60 cases of HSPN aged 5-18 years old were included in the study.According to the Evidence-based guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of HSPN developed by the Nephrology Section of the Chinese Medical Association Pediatrics Branch in 2009 and reference to the Diagnostic criteria in the Evidence-based guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Children's Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.)and according to Professor ZhangJun's many years of clinical experiences,60 cases of HSPN were treated with western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation.Methods: the method of Pap staining was used to stain the smear of exfoliated cells of tongue coating and observed under microscope.Statistical method:.The data and related data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results: 1.Clinical classification and distribution of TCM syndromes in 29 cases of solitary hematuria(48.33%),it was urine proteinuria type 24 cases(40%),isolated proteinuria Type 7 cases(11.67%),TCM syndromes were in 37 cases with heat toxicity syndrome,and QI deficiency and blood stasis were 23 cases.2.When the tongue was distributed into the group,the tongue was mainly red tongue,and the tongue was Huang.The distribution of tongue image of each syndrome is as follows: The syndrome of heat-poisoned wound is mainly the tongue Red Moss,and the deficiency of blood-stasis syndrome is mainly the tongue-moss-white.In the group,the tongue image was mainly thin white moss with red tongue,and the tongue image of the hot poison wound was mostly in the tongue,and the thin white Moss was mainly used for the syndrome of QI deficiency and blood stasis.3.Analysis of TCM syndromes and exfoliated cells the distribution of the tongue exfoliated cells and the cells with incomplete keratin were significantly different between the heat-poisoned wound collaterals and the Qi-deficiency blood-stasis syndrome.(p<0.05).4.In the group and out of the group when the Tongue exfoliated cell sample analysis.There were significant differences(p<0.05)in the distribution of keratinocytes and incomplete keratinocytes in the exfoliated cell samples of tongue coating in group and group..The distribution of tongue phenomenon.Conclusion: 1.It is feasible to preserve the biological samples of Chinese medicine with tongue coating image and tongue coating exfoliated cell smear 2.In children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis,the distribution of keratin cells and incomplete horn cells in the samples of tongue coating exfoliated cells in the group were mainly in the incomplete angular cells when they were entering and out of the group.3.Tongue coating exfoliated cells before the horn and incomplete cell of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis in the diagnosis of TCM syndromes and degree of clinical significance.In the group,there were significant differences in the distribution of the anterior and the irregular cells in the heat-wound syndrome and the syndrome of QI deficiency and blood stasis,and both of them had the highest heat toxicity syndrome.The distribution of tongue coating exfoliated cells in the group showed significant difference between the cells and the cells of the horn before and after the formation,and compared with the anterior and the incomplete cells.
