In the recent several years, studies on origin and development of the syndrome have been paid more and more attention. Qianjin Yao Fang reflected treatment of established disease differentiation, but also based on the syndrome differentiation in disease differentiation, according to evidence treatment. Qianjin Yao Fang represents an important part in the development of syndrome theory. Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, this version more kept the Sun Simiao's the original book mode, and its syndrome differentiation of the Zang-fu organs is quite typical among it. By using traditional literature, theoretical research methods, together with calculating, this research investigates features of the liver, heart and spleen syndromes in this book comparing with that in modern times. Meanwhile, the reasons of the features and senses towards the contemporary syndrome doctrine are discussed. By means of this, it reflects its history staged significance in the development of the TCM reatment with syndrome differentiation theory. In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, discusses the lung and kidney syndrome and treatment of post-volume loss, so this research only investigate the liver, heart, spleen syndrome. The liver, heart and spleen syndrome seen in their own special volume (Volume 11,13,15) accounted for the vast majority, very few other volumes. so this research use only the volume 11,13,15.1 Features of the liver, heart and spleen syndromes in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang comparing with that in modern times.Syndrome extraction, syndrome name formation and unification have been done step by step. Then, summarize the features of spleen syndromes comparing with that in modern times. features of liver, heart and spleen syndromes in this book from the view of syndrome name are discussed, which reflects the subjectivity view points.1.1 Liver, heart, spleen syndrome in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang are more exposed to the impact of the Five Elements Theory.1.1.1 The five elements too, less than, and life and death by more than insult reflected syndrome or syndrome name in this book.1.1.2 Syndrome in this book often reflect five internal organs (liver, heart, spleen) symmetric form. "Symmetrical five internal organs" is essentially a reflection of the Five Elements theory.Liver, heart, spleen syndrome in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang are more exposed to the impact of the Five Elements Theory. Reflect the accumulation of clinical experience was not the system, so the formation of medical theory still needs the help of the introduction of the Five Elements Theory. "Symmetrical five internal organs" also make the liver, heart and spleen syndrome in this book lack of personality among organs.1.2 Liver, heart, spleen syndrome in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang are rough1.2.1 Syndrome in this book more than the name of "disease", "disabled" or "evil", "Jue Qi" and the most rough description of diseases of the word. reflect Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang of the disease of short division.1.2.2 Some of the higher level in the modern syndrome (or syndrome name), was as specific syndrome (or syndrome name) in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang. This reflect Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang the conceptualization of the syndrome are still traces of the name, so the concept of the general shortage syndrome.1.2.3 Modern deficient syndrome are devided into Qi, blood, Yin, Yang and essence deficiency. In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, deficiency may be directed to"liver", "heart," "spleen"; and Qi deficiency is majority. And "Blood deficiency, Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency " are In the form of Blood Qi deficiency, Yin Qi deficiency and Yang Qi deficiency ". Appears to from the " Qi deficiency" in the process of differentiation. And there is not" Jing deficiency". This reflect the deficiency in this book has not been fully differentiated.Liver, heart, spleen syndrome in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang are rough, reflect more the initial syndrome theory, pathogenesis summary "rough" and not" detailed".1.3 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes physical signs, pulse, season, prognosis, alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing liver, heart, spleen syndrome1.3.1 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes physical signs alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing syndrome.1.3.2 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes pulse alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing syndrome.1.3.3 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes season alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing syndrome.1.3.4 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes prognosis alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing syndrome. In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes physical signs, pulse, season, prognosis, alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing liver, heart, spleen syndrome. This reflect syndrome theory is initial, the pathogenesis generalization isn't premature.1.4 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, Liver, heart, spleen syndrome other features.1.4.1 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, syndrome reflects the "excess hot, deficiency cold" characteristics. 1.4.2 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, "Zang" and "Ti" fall ill, "Wuzang Liuji" syndrome is with "Ti" name1.4.3 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, "Zang death (exhaust)" Syndrome are more than modern.1.4.4 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, the anatomy of the spleen is generaled syndrome.2 Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang Volume 11,13,15 syndromes related to the original and the "Huangdi Nei Jing", "Nan Jing", "Mai Jing" those involved in the same or similar frequency of 203 syndromes, the total syndrome frequency of 63%. Therefore, Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang Volume 11,13,15 liver, heart, spleen syndrome have a considerable part from the three books. Liver, heart, spleen syndrome features in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang reflects not only the Tang Dynasty, but also to a considerable extent, a reflection of the entire period from the Warring States Period to the Early Characteristics of TCM theory3 Liver, heart, spleen syndrome above-mentioned features in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, should be derived from the Warring States Period to the Early Development of syndrome preliminary theoryBecause the initial development of syndrome of theory:3.1 The accumulation of clinical experience was not the system, so the formation of medical theory still needs the help of the introduction of the Five Elements Theory. Liver, heart, spleen syndrome in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang are more exposed to the impact of the Five Elements Theory. The five elements too, less than, and life and death by more than insult reflected syndrome or syndrome name in this book. Syndrome in this book often reflect five internal organs (liver, heart, spleen) symmetric form.3.2 The initial syndrome theory, pathogenesis summary "rough" and not " detailed". Syndrome in this book more than the name of "disease", "disabled" or "evil", "Jue Qi" and the most rough description of diseases of the word. Some of the higher level in the modern syndrome (or syndrome name), was as specific syndrome (or syndrome name) in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang. Modern deficient syndrome are devided into Qi, blood, Yin, Yang and essence deficiency. And there is not" Jing deficiency".3.3 Syndrome theory is initial, the pathogenesis generalization isn't premature. So, in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, sometimes physical signs, pulse, season, prognosis, alternative to pathogenesis for generalizing liver, heart, spleen syndrome.4 In Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, Liver, heart, spleen syndrome features on the significance of the modern syndrome theory.Liver, heart, spleen syndrome above-mentioned features and causes in Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, prompted the modern syndrome theory of TCM:4.1 Own development viewpoint, not look on all traditional data as the same.4.2 Own allround viewpoint, not comprehend the ancient syndrome according to the words simply. Instead, we should grasp its connotation by its position in the whole syndrome system (the pathogenisis, the symptom, the prescription, and so on).5 Innovation of the topicQianjin Yao Fang represents an important part in the development of syndrome theory. Sunzhenren Qianjin Fang, this version more kept the Sun Simiao's the original book mode. So, by studying on the syndrome feature, it can retrieve the theory research deficiency and specific content, develop the history of this theory, and provide a model for the syndrome doctrine in modern times.
