Study On The Features Of Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment Of Splenic Diseases In Beiji Qianjin Yaofang

Objective: To summarize the theory of spleen-system zangfu in Beiji Qianjin Yaofang(Qianjin Yaofang for short),and through statistical analysis of data,to study the distinguishing and treating characteristics of prescriptions for diseases of spleen-system in this book,and to discuss the thoughts and characteristics of Sun Simiao’s treatment of diseases of spleen-system.Methods: The contents of spleen system theory in Qianjin Yaofang were sorted out to sort out its academic viewpoints and theoretical understandings.The theory of the spleen system is summarized in terms of its anatomical morphology,physiological function,pathological state and the relationship with other zang-fu organs.This paper analyzes the differentiation and treatment methods in Qianjin Yaofang,and summarizes the characteristics of Sun Simiao’s differentiation and treatment of splenic diseases from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis and differentiation and treatment methods.Formulations for diseases of the spleen in the book are standardized,and the formulations after standardization are entered into EXECL to establish a database.Data statistical analysis and VBA are used for modular programming to analyze common symptoms,common drugs,common drug pairs,correlation degree of disease drugs,as well as correlation between syndromes and drugs.Results: The theory of spleen system in Qianjin Yaofang was inherited from the Huangdi Neijing,and the theory of spleen system had formed a basic framework.Its distinguishing and treating method has the following three characteristics.First,treat internal diseases with syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs;Second,the diagnostic method attaches great importance to pulse diagnosis,with deficiency and excess syndrome as the main;Thirdly,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation should be combined.Differentiating and treating diseases,discussing more to constipation,dysentery.In the treatment ofconstipation,the importance of clearing up the internal organs and gas is especially emphasized.In the treatment of dysentery,the cold and heat were distinguished,and the lower method,clear method and warm method were used more frequently,and coptis,dried ginger and rhubarb were used freely.Common symptoms of diseases of the spleen are: diarrhea,stool pus and blood,loss of appetite,vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal fullness,fever,difficulty in stool,chest tightness,and belching.High frequency drugs for diseases of the spleen(top ten)are: liquorice,cassia twigs,dried ginger,ginseng,Coptis chinensis,Angelica sinensis,Radix aconitum,ginger,poria cocos,rhubarb.High frequency drug pairs(the first three)are: licorice ginseng,licorice cassia twigs,aconite dried ginger.The correlation degree of disease drugs was(the first three): rhizoma coptidis,dried ginger and licorice were commonly used in diarrhea;Fecal pus and blood were commonly used coptis,dried ginger,angelica;Anorexia commonly used ginseng,dried ginger,cassia twig;Vomiting commonly used ginseng,licorice,cassia twigs;Abdominal pain commonly used licorice,Angelica angelica,orange peel;Atractylodes,rhubarb and Poria cocos were commonly used in full abdomen;But heat is not cold commonly used licorice,Angelica,rhubarb;Difficult to defecate commonly used rhubarb,almond,peony;Chest distress commonly used cassia twig,pinellia ternata,ginger;Belching commonly used cassia twigs,licorice,pinellia ternata.The common syndromes of splenic diseases are: solid heat syndrome 73 times,deficiency and cold syndrome 62 times,cold and dampness syndrome 20 times,phlegm-dampness syndrome 11 times,qi stagnation syndrome 10 times,qi deficiency syndrome 10 times,qi inverse syndrome 10 times,heat sheng damaging fluid syndrome 2 times,and qi and fluid deficiency syndrome 2 times.The drug frequency of each syndrome type was(the first three): coptis,licorice and rhubarb were commonly used in the syndrome of solid heat;Dry ginger,ginseng and cassia twig are commonly used in deficiency and cold syndrome.Ginseng,liquorice and orange peel are commonly used for spleen-deficiency syndrome.Cold dampness syndrome commonly used cassia twig,dried ginger,aconite;Phlegm-dampness syndromecommonly used ginger,pinellia ternata,cassia twig.The common drug pairs of all syndromes are the permutation and combination of high-frequency drugs.The first four high frequency drug pairs of spleen disease prescription are: ginseng,licorice,cassia twigs,licorice,aconitum aconitum,dried ginger,pinellia ternata,ginger.Conclusion: Sun Simiao’s spleen zangfu theory is inherited from Huangdi Neijing.In the method of diagnosis and treatment,the main body is the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians.The transformation between deficiency and cold,solid and heat is emphasized in the pathogenesis.Pay attention to the normal function of spleen and stomach,good at warm medicine treatment of spleen and stomach weakness.The method of strengthening the body to ward off evil spirits is often used,so it is common to use cold and heat.In the differentiation and treatment of diseases of the splenic system,the methods of treating the same diseases with different diseases,treating different diseases with the same cause,and taking both samples into consideration are embodied,which flexibly embodies the essence of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
