Study On The Application Regularity Of Fresh Ginger, Chinese-date And Liquorice In Decoction Of Qianjin Yao Fang

Objective:Study on the application regularity of fresh ginger, Chinese-date and liquorice in decoction of Qianjin Yao Fang,mainly from efficacy, compatibility and dosage, as well as mutual relationship.Methods:To collect all decoction which includes fresh ginger, Chinese-date or liquorice, then establish a database.Using the statistical methods and association rules to analyze the efficacy, compatibility and dosage of fresh ginger, Chinese-date and liquorice.Results:The efficacy of fresh ginger has seven aspects:diverging cold, Jiangni vomiting, warming phlegm, warming stomach, detoxification and reconciling, warming blood, dispersion yang. In these efficacy, the dosage of warming phlegm, warming stomach and warming blood are in larger quantities. Especially the dosage of warming phlegm is the largest.The efficacy of Chinese-date has five aspects:Bu Zhong Yi Qi, nourishing blood, benefiting fluid of stomach, detoxification and reconciling, soothing the nerves. In these efficacy, the dosage of benefiting fluid of stomach and soothing the nerves is larger.The efficacy of liquorice has seven aspects:tonifying Spleen Qi, expelling phlegm to relieve coughing, relieving pain, clearing away heat and toxic materials, reconciling drugs, warming Yang, nourishing yin. In these efficacy, the dosage of clearing away heat and toxic materials is larger. Especially the dosage of warming Yang and nourishing yin is the largest.Conclusion:The efficacy of fresh ginger, Chinese-date and liquorice are closely related to dosage.
