Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) is the main pathogens of non-A non-B hepatitis. Now there are about 1.7 billion HCV infected persons,60%~80% are chronic carriers and, eventually,3.5%~20% of which develop to the liver cirrhosis or liver cancer. Meanwhile 43%~86% of patients with chronic HCV infection display a series of extrahepatic presentations involved in multiple organs and tissues. The most common is mixed cold globulin hematic disease, displaying palpable purpura, arthralgia, arthritis, fatigue, peripheral neuropathy and membranous nephropathy. HCV-infected blood diseases present Hodgkin's and non-hodgkin's lymphoma. HCV-infected occurs with extensive lymphoid tissue proliferating disease, about 65% of HCV related NHL involving the organization (especially the nodules saliary gland and liver), forming lymphoma. In addition, the skin porphyrin, flat moss and hypothyroidism, thyroid inflammation, diabetes, drying syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and some heart lung disease are also involved in. These diseases involving all the tissues and organs, especially the important organs can cause influences on different level, and lower the quality of patients'life. Due to the delitescent development of chronic hepatitis C, it is hard to diagnose. Therefore, to improve the recognize of performances of extrahepatic symptoms induced by HCV is very helpful to the early diagnosis of chronic hepatitis C and timely treatment. Current treatments made in correlation diseases mainly are HCV interferon and ribavirin against the virus and inhibiting the duplication of virus, so that control the symptoms federatively. With deeply research on all sorts of HCV correlation diseases, expecting mechanisms of the disease can be elucidated to provide the theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of the related diseases.
