Objective:Glaucoma is a group of disease, which feature is optic nerve atrophy and visual field defect. In the optic nerve damage tradition has the mechanical pressure theory and the blood vessel lacks the hematology to say. Mechanical pressure theory emphasis the importance of axis flow pulp interruption which is caused by beared optic nerve textile fiber. Ischemia theory emphasis the importance of intraocular pressure lowering tolerance which is caused by insufficient blood-supplying of the optic nerve.Mechanical theory can not fully explain the normal tension glaucoma and ocular hypertension. Vascular theory also can not rule out the important role of intraocular pressure in glaucoma. With the development of immunological theory and technology. In recent years, about glaucoma optic nerve damage proposed the new doctrine of autoimmune pathogenesis. Studies have shown that there is the phenomenon of Immunology not only in NTG and POAG but also in primary angle-closure glaucoma.Acute angle-closure glaucoma is a common type in the angle-closure glaucoma, there are six clinical stage, clinical earlier period, omen time, acute onset period, dormant period, chronic period, the absolute.eye pressure levels is different in different stages. Factors and so on intraocular pressure may cause change of the immunity level in organism through the stress change.This experi-ment measured the level of cortisol, interleukin-2, interleukin-6 in AACG at high intraocular pressure, normal intraocular pressure. This experiment is to explore the overall immunization status and the relevant factors in AACG at different eye pressure.Methods:Collected 35 AACG patients who were in ophthalmology department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical between May to December in 2009 experimental group (A).16 examples are male,19 examples are female. Age range is from 45 to 64 years old. The morbidity time is between 10 hours and 1 months.35 cases of healthy person who were accepting health examination over the same period as contrast group(B).17 examples are male,18 examples are female. Two groups of patients had no diabetes,hypertension,heacceptabilityart failure and immune system diseases,infectious diseases, Over the past three months without eye surgery,traumatic history and oral drug history. A group divides into the high intraocular pressure group (Ah) group and the normal intraocular pressure group (An) group according to the intraocular pressure level. Ah patients were picked the blood in the same day or next day at 10:00 am at high intraocular pressure level. separate two tubes, each 3ml, one is detected immediately,another were centrifugaled at 3000 r/min after half an hour at room temperature. Serum were stored at -20°. In the four months, Pick IL-2,IL-6 with a double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay. A group of patients underwent surgical treatment, operation are completed by the same doctor. After the technique the outpatient service along with examines. In 3 months, outpatient picked the blood once more when eye situation is stable. Treat the blood with the same method. B group patients were picked blood in the morning 10:00,treat the blood with the same method.Results:Age between A group and B group was tested by independent sample T-test, p>0.05, there is no difference between statistical significance. Blood pressure,blood sugar and eye pressure between An group and B group was tested by independent sample T-test, p>0.05,there is no difference between statistical significance. Blood pressure and blood sugar between Ah group and An group was tested by paired sample T-test, p>0.05, there is no difference between statistical significance.eye pressure between Ah group and An group was tested by paired sample T-test, p<0.01, there is no difference between statistical significance. Ah group cortex alcohol content is (736.43+162.93) nmol/L, An group is(413.35±121.91) nmol/L。B group is (459.26±107.20) nmol/L. Concentration of IL-2, Ah group is (40.482±10.306) pg/ml, An group is (47.236±12.394) pg/ml, B group is (48.917±11.991) pg/ml. Concentration of IL-2 between An group and B group was tested by independent sample T-test, p>0.05, there is no difference between statistical significance. Concentration of IL-2 between Ah group and An group was tested by paired sample T-test, p<0.01, there is difference between statistical significance.Concentration of IL-6,Ah group is (4.264±2.231)pg/ml, An group is(6.182±2.231) pg/ml, B group is(28.324±3.230) pg/ml.Concentration of IL-6 between An group and B group,Ah and An, p<0.01, there is difference between statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Cell immunization in AACG is different with healthy person.2.In AACG patient,IL-6 is lower than the normal person, when high intraocular pressure rise,IL-6 further reduces, simultaneously IL-2 also reduces.3.When AACG intraocular pressure rise the cortisol rise,considered that the reduction of IL-2 and IL-6 is related to the cortisol ascension.
