Concentration of IL-2 between An group and B group was tested by independent sample T-test, p>0.05, there is no difference between statistical significance. Concentration of IL-2 between Ah group and An group was tested by paired sample T-test, p<0.01, there is difference between statistical significance.Concentration of IL-6,Ah group is (4.264±2.231)pg/ml, An group is(6.182±2.231) pg/ml, B group is(28.324±3.230) pg/ml.Concentration of IL-6 between An group and B group,Ah and An, p<0.01, there is difference between statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Cell immunization in AACG is different with healthy person.2.In AACG patient,IL-6 is lower than the normal person, when high intraocular pressure rise,IL-6 further reduces, simultaneously IL-2 also reduces.3.When AACG intraocular pressure rise the cortisol rise,considered that the reduction of IL-2 and IL-6 is related to the cortisol ascension. |
