Research On Pharmaceutical Assurance Protocol For Earthquake Relief Work

Earthquake is called disaster for it attacks in a sudden and could cause terrible destruction and large injury. When it unfortunately happens, medical teams should be sent to earthquake-stricken areas and the injuries should be rescued immediately. To assure more lives rescued, pharmaceutical and medical material supply are so crucial ana it lays fundemental problem how to make pharmaceutical and medical material reserve and improve their utility to rescue more injuries.Our current work focused on Wenchuan earthquake, collected pharmaceutical data on over 1000 victims who got medical care in four A-grade hospitals in Sichuan province. Preliminary pharmaceutical protocol contained 74 drugs belonging to 7 classes and 20 medical material belonging to 3 classes was suggested through data analysis and pharmaceutical management principle. Twice expert consulting analysis eventually drawed a final version of pharmaceutical protocol for earthquake relief work, it was comprised by 45 drugs and 20 kind of medical material supply. This final version has taken our country's condition and experts'suggestions into account, could offer instruction of pharmaceutical reserve for different earthquake aid medical teams.Through data collected and analysis, documents reviewed, management principle considered and experts'consulted, our research has proposed pharmaceutical assurance protocol, which could help to instruct earthquake relief work implement immediately and efficiently.
