| Objective To investigate prevention and protection of Bailing capsule to contrast nephropathy, and provide more TCM document researches for contrast nephropathy.Methods By adopting the means of prospective random contrast investigation, from September first two thousand and nine to April thirtyth two thousand and ten, forty adapted patients who fit the desired standards from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University TCM are divided into two groups by simple random investigation, for one week clinical research, thirty preventing treatmeat group with bailing capsule(five pills each time, three times per day) and ten contrast group without bailing capsule. First, all the patients check the kidney function and eGFR level before using contrast, besides collect clinical symptoms on the corresponding time, at the same time, thirty preventing treatmeat group take the bailing capsule;the day after using contrast and one week later. The statistical analysis of the results using SPSS15.0, to contrast the differences between before and after also groups, study the Change and significance of the biochemical indicator.Results After contrast, blood screatine of the treatment group the difference was significant (P< 0.05), compared with the control group. One week after contrast, blood screatine of the treatment group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with the control group. After contrast, blood screatine and eGFR level of the treatment group the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with before contrast. But eGFR level of either the control group nor the treatment group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion 1,Contrast does harm to kidney function (presenting blood screatine and eGFR level).2,Bailing capsule prevents and protects contrast nephropathy. Bailing capsule can prevent and decrease kidney functions getting worse by contrast, and promotes recuvering of kidney functions.3,There are some special functions of Chinese medicine to contrast nephropathy... |
