The Effect Of Bailing Capsule On The Treatment Of Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To observe the curative effect of Corbrin Capsuleon the Kidney of nephrotic syndromeby establishing an animal model of adriamycin nephropathy and collecting data on patients with nephrotic syndrome from two aspects: Animal experiment and Clinical trial.Methods1.Animal experiment We injected adriamycin into the tail vein of rats,In the first week the dosage of adriamycin was 4 mg/kg,at second and third weeks,the dosage of adriamycin was 2mg/kg.60 successful model rats were divided into 3 groups after 3 weeks(It indicates successful modeling when urinary protein quantitative greater than 100mg/24h),In addition,20 healthy rats were used as normal control group.After grouping,drug treatment was implemented.(1)Normal control group 20: received food and water ad libitum.(2)Model control group 20: to pour normal saline of the same quantity into rats by gastric lavage,once a day.(3)Prednisone group 20:Prednisone2.5mg/kg dissolved in saline,then pour it into rats by gastric lavage,once a day.(4)Combined treatment group 20:Prednisone2.5mg/kg and Corbrin Capsule 350mg/kg dissolved in saline,then pour it into rats by gastric lavage,once a day.After 4 weeks,to measure 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,renal function index,plasma total protein,albumin,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen.2 Clinical trial44 patients with nephrotic syndrome were divided into 2 groups:22 in observation group,22 in control group.The two groups were given general symptomatic treatment(proper rest,low salt diet?low saturated fat diet?adequate protein diet,symptomatic treatment).(1)The control group was treated with standard hormone therapy,the initial dose of prednisone was 1.0mg/kgd-1,the maximum dosage is not more than 60mg/d,take it every morning,The program will last for 8 weeks.Reduce the amount of 10% per week or two after 8 weeks,then maintain 2 to 3 months when the dose is reduced to 10 mg/d and then reduce 2.5 to 5 mg every two weeks,finally,the minimum effective dose(10mg/d)as the maintenance dose.(2)Based on the control group,the observation group was added with Corbrin Capsule,the use of this capsule is oral,3 capsules at a time,3 times a day.After 6 months,to measure 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,renal function index,plasma total protein,albumin,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen.Results1 Animal experiment(1)Compared with the normal control group,the value of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,triglyceride,total cholesterol was higher and the value of total protein and albumin was lowerin the Model control group.The difference was statistically significant.(2)Compared with the Model control group,the reduction degree of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,serum creatinine and the rise degree of total protein and albumin were greater in the Prednisone group.The difference was statistically significant.(3)Compared with the Model control group,the reduction degree of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,triglyceride,total cholesterol and the rise degree of total protein and albumin were greater in the Combined treatment group.The difference was statistically significant.(4)Compared with the Prednisone group,each biochemical index is closer to normal value in the Combined treatment group.And the reduction degree of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,triglyceride and total cholesterol and the rise degree of albumin were greater in the Combined treatment group,the difference was statistically significant.The other indexes were not statistically different.2 Clinical trial(1)Compared with the control group,the reduction degree of 24 hour urinary protein quantitative,triglyceride and total cholesterol and the rise degree of total protein and albumin were greater in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant.(2)Compared with the control group,the change rate of triglyceride,24 hour urinary protein and total cholesterol was higher in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant.(3)Compared with the control group,it is tend to lower recurrence rate and higher effective rate in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Corbrin capsule is superior to prednisone alone in the treatment of NS.
