Objective:Poor ovarian reserve(POR) is the amount of ovarian eggs in the retention dropped to the threshold value or a decrease in egg quality affects the reproductive potential, leading to lower fertility. Now the studies of its causes, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and therapy was little. In this study, by analyzing POR's clinical manifestations and endocrine performances to investigate their traditional chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome manifestations characteristic and endocrine feature, in order to lay the foundation for the clinical treatment.Methods:Fasting venous blood in the early morning of 2-3 days of the period on irregular menstruation and (or) infertility patients who at the age of 16 to 35 years old and have treatment at Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital on April 2009 to January 2010,to detect the serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), prolactin (PRL) and testosterone (T), then select the qualified cases of POR, and keep the results. And finish "Poor Ovarian Reserve Characteristics of Cases Collected Syndrome Table" which designed by myselt, and "Chinese Kupperman Modified Score Sheet"Results:Collected a total of 28 qualified cases of POR of POR on April 2009 to January 2010 in Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Gynecology clinics.1. The Clinical manifestations of POR besides infertility and irregular menstruation, Often accompanied by lumbar pain, menstrual or premenstrual breast tenderness, irritable, Xiong Xie breast tenderness, dizziness, fatigue, insomnia and other symptoms.2. the mainly leves of endocrine in POR is bFHS>10IU/L.3.28 cases of POR patients in infertile women accounted for 42.86%, Menstruation was 35.71%, Hypomenorrhea was 25%, the three diseases accounted for 96.43% of cases, showing POR's major TCM diseasees are " Infertility, Menstruation, "" Hypomenorrhea ", and the results of the basal serum FSH, FSH/LH, E2 in the three diseases showed no significant difference.4. The mainly of POR's TCM syndrome manifestations are Kidney Liver Depression (42.86%) and Kidney Deficiency (28.57%), and Liver qi Depression (25.00%). The result of serum FSH, FSH/LH, E2 showed no significant difference in these syndromes.5. The lowest Modified kupperman score in 28 cases POR patients is 0, the highest score is 14 points. There are 21 cases's Modified kupperman score is normal. Conclusion:POR is belong to " Infertility, ""Menstruation, ""Hypomenorrhea "and so on of TCM diseases, and its TCM sydrome manifestations characteristic is Kidney Liver Depression. The endorine feature of POR is higher level of basal FSH. The quality of life in POR patients is not very bad.
