Therefore, drug therapy, arrhythmia exist big limitation, which increased the difficulty of arrhythmia treatment, and standardized treatment cannot.In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment of arrhythmia display more advantages. The Pro Deng Tietao and Pro Wu Huanglin in Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, According to the heart governing theories viscera, diagnosis and treatment, viscera arrhythmia, the effect is remarkable. TCM acupuncture treatment for clinical effects, reduce doses, reduce or western effects corrected its significance, especially the acupuncture therapy is safe use of arrhythmia, simple operation, low price, timely, few side-effects, etc. But in the current acupuncture treatment of arrhythmia scheme problems are obvious, main is to find the needle into a hole, empirical stronger, location, there is no unified range. So the current TCM acupuncture is difficult to universal Clinically.ObjectivesThis study tries to observe the pericardium clinically by acupuncture in five meridians in pericardial to treat fast arrhythmia, forming the arrhythmia effect of acupuncture treatment of standardized treatment swiftness arrhythmia, make both convenient location, acupuncture treatment and does not need to add and subtract in clinical medicine, treatment and the clinical experience accumulated, and make the arrhythmia be safe, efficient, quick, cheap treatments.MethodsThis subject adopts a prospective randomized, double-blind study method, the selection of 64 patients for research object, who hospitalized in GuangDong province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine ICU and hospital heart center from February 2009 to February 2010.64 patients were diagnosed with western medicine swiftness arrhythmia, TCM syndrome differentiation of"palpitations"category of standards, and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups according to conventional treatment discontinuation, basic diseases affect rhythm. With routine therapy in western medicine and herbal in treatment group and control group based on conventional therapy, choose acupuncture treatment by pericardium meridian, between the labor palace 5 point, in TianQuan meridians (thrust 1.0-2.0 inch), LaoGong meridians (thrust 0.5 to 1.0 inch), XiMen meridians, JianShi meridians, NeiGuan meridians to elbow for 15 degrees oblique thorn direction of 1.0 to 1.5 inches, nourishing flat, diarrhoea method keeping 20 minutes after the gas.
