ObjectiveWith the lung cancer and colorectal cancer incidence increased gradually, simple surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy Western treatment, gradually showing his shortcomings, but the involvement of Chinese medicine can just make up for this shortage, Particularly in the increase of drug efficacy, enhance physical fitness, improve symptoms, improve quality of life of patients, longer survival has played a significant advantage. However, the two types of non-uniform Syndrome, but also for accurate, standardized treatment has brought a number of obstacles. The main topic of lung cancer and colorectal cancer through the observation of clinical cases is to explore both TCM syndromes and pathogenesis distribution for the future unity of the two Syndromes reference.MethodsThe subjects through prospective and retrospective clinical epidemiology research methods, according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to select cases, completing questionnaires of the design according to the clinical syndrome pathogenesis survey, summarizing one by one, imputing the data into a database, then going to statistical analysis for summarizing the TCM syndromes and pathogenesis distribution of the lung and the colorectal cancer.Results(1) Syndrome components:the syndrome components of lung cancer are composed mainly by qi deficiency, phlegm-dampness, phlegm-heat, yin deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, Yang deficiency; the syndrome components of colorectal cancer are composed mainly by qi deficiency, qi stagnation and blood stasis, dampness-heat, yin deficiency, blood deficiency, yang deficiency. (2) Syndrome distribution:The syndrome distribution of lung cancer are: syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency>syndrome of depression of lung qi,phlegm and blood stasis>syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin>syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm-heat>syndrome of yin deficiency and phlegm-heat>syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang; The syndrome distribution of colorectal cancer are:syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat>syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine>syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney>syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and stomach>syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney>syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood.(3) The relationship between the syndrome and clinical stages:①In clinicalⅠandⅡstages of lung cancer, syndrome of depression of lung qi,phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency are the main syndromes. In clinicalⅢstage of lung cancer, syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency, syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm-heat, syndrome of depression of lung qi,phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of yin deficiency and phlegm-heat are the main syndromes. In clinicalⅣstage of lung cancer, syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin, syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm-heat, syndrome of yin deficiency and phlegm-heat are the main syndromes.②In clinicalⅠstage of colorectal cancer, syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine, syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat are the main syndromes. In clinicalⅡstage of colorectal cancer, syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat, syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine, syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and stomach are the main syndromes. In clinicalⅢstage of colorectal cancer, syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine, syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat, syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney, syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and stomach are the main syndromes. In clinicalⅣstage of colorectal cancer, syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney, syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and stomach, syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat, syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine are the main syndromes. Excess syndromes are the main syndromes in early stages.Syndromes of intermingled deficiency and excess, or deficiency syndromes are the main syndromes in the mid-late stages. (4) Syndrome changes before and after chemotherapy:①After chemotherapy of lung cancer, the proportion of syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin, syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang increase significantly. The proportion of syndrome of yin deficiency and phlegm-heat, syndrome of depression of lung qi,phlegm and blood stasis, syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm-heat reduce significantly.②After chemotherapy of colorectal cancer, the proportion of syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney, syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and stomach, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney increase significantly. The proportion of syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat, syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine reduce significantly. Chemotherapy on the impact of syndromes of lung cancer and colorectal cancer, the deficiency syndromes increase, and the excess syndromes reduce.(5) The relationship between presence of distant metastasis and syndromes: Lung cancer has the syndrome which has the distant place shift primarily by syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin, syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency see much, more common distant metastatic sites in the liver, brain, bone, adrenal gland, pericardium, etc.; Colorectal cancer has the syndrome which has the distant place shift primarily by syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney, syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood, syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney see much, more common distant metastatic sites in the liver, lung, kidney, bone, spleen and other places.(6) The main components of each syndrome (symptoms):①The syndrome of lung cancer in the frequency of the symptoms of living in the top three are: syndrome of depression of lung qi,phlegm and blood stasis include stringy pulse, cough, slippery pulse; syndrome of phlegm-dampness due to spleen deficiency include cough, mental fatigue, thready pulse; syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm-heat include slippery pulse, cough, mental fatigue; syndrome of yin deficiency and phlegm-heat include cough, dry mouth, thready pulse; syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin include thready pulse, mental fatigue, cough; syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang include cough, deep pulse, thready pulse;②The syndrome of colorectal cancer in the frequency of the symptoms of living in the top three are:syndrome of dampness-heat in large intestine include slippery pulse, yellow and greasy fur, rapid pulse; syndrome of hampering of blood stasis and toxic heat include dim complexion, hesitant pulse, stringy pulse; syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and stomach include thready pulse, thin white fur, pink tongue; syndrome of deficiency of both spleen and kidney include light dark tongue, anorexia, weak waist; syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney include thready pulse, little fur, weak waist; syndrome of deficiency of both qi and blood include mental fatigue, pale tongue, thready pulse。...
