Biliary system can transport, storage and regulation of hepatic secretion of bile into the duodenum, participate in food digestion and nutrition in maintaining normal body plays an important role. In gallstone surgery, patients are often subject to injury because of biliary there who heads yellow dye, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, nausea, vomit, urine and yellow fever-based gallbladder symptoms of depression or symptoms of heat and bile. We use Integrated Traditional stone Decoction on cholelithiasis patients after treatment, all Fangyou Qing heat and dampness, the effectiveness of Integrated Traditional and stone. Pharmacological experiments show that the party has the heat, dampness, Rongshi, the role of Pai Shi, can promote the liver secretes bile, sphincter relaxation, and promote stone discharge, adjustment disorder role in immune function.Objective:To observe the gallbladder cholelithiasis Paishi Decoction on depression after surgery in order to heat the main gallbladder, or liver and gallbladder damp heat syndrome and the clinical effects of gallbladder stone row Tonga choledochoscope stone treatment effect of residual stone.Methods:In May 2008 April-2010 Chinese medicine hospitals in Guangzhou City, cholelithiasis after inpatient general surgery patients in the standard were collected from 40 patients with a prospective, randomized into study group (biliary traditional Chinese medicine group 20), the control group (biliary group) 20 cases. Study group received conventional treatment with oral decoction of Chinese medicine gallbladder stone row, each 100ml,2 times a day, continuously for 2 weeks; control group was given conventional treatment for 2 weeks.2 weeks after the T tube cholangiography and B-line inspection and lithotomy groups, after 1 week line T and B-ultrasound imaging tube. Preoperative and postoperative biochemical changes in the observed changes in postoperative symptoms, liver function, the number of stone, a stone free rate was the situation, observe the changes of immunological indices, before and after treatment were analyzed statistically, were evaluated.Statistical analysis, using SPSS10.0 statistical analysis package deal. Comparison between the two groups constitute the use of t test, two groups were compared by t test group before and after treatment compared with a paired t test, two groups were compared by Ridit analysis.Results:(1) Two groups after the first day of ALT, AST,γ-GT, total protein, albumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin no difference; the two groups after 8 days of ALT, AST, albumin, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin were significantly different (P<0.05), inγ-GT, total protein and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). (3) Symptoms in Chinese medicine treatment, the study group to improve the efficacy of TCM symptoms and higher, but the two groups after treatment, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), shows two groups in the efficacy of TCM symptoms was no significant difference. (4) Number stone after treatment, a removal rate of comparison, the two groups was significant difference (P<0.05), explains the research group is better than the control group. (5) postoperative day 1, two groups of patients with IgG, IgM, IgA, CD4+, CD8+, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+than in the same group before surgery significantly decreased (P<0.05), CD8+compared with preoperative increased in various degree (P<0.05); each marker in the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). After the first 8 days:①the two groups patients were IgG, IgM, IgA, CD4+, CD8+, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+with the same preoperative day 1 compared both increased, in which IgG, IgA, CD4+, CD3+, CD4+/CD8+and preoperative day 1 the difference was significant (P<0.05), IgM increased without significant difference (P>0.05); study group were CD8 +with the same group at day 1 decreased significantly as compared (P<0.05), compared with before surgery no significant difference (P>0.05); the control group were CD8+with the same group were down on day 1 was no significant difference (P>0.05). Study group were IgG, IgA, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+was significantly higher compared with the preoperative difference was significant (P<0.05).②between the two groups:study group of patients with IgA, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+than in the control group was significantly higher, the difference was significant (P<0.05); study group were CD8+compared with the control group decreased significantly (P<0.05); two groups Patients with IgG, IgM, CD3+group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:This study investigated the postoperative cholelithiasis, biliary tract damage as residual stones usually occur when the residual stones, the biliary tract damage was not improved, and biliary tract damage is not repaired, the stone and no significant improvement in residual. In this study, the gallbladder Paishi Decoction to improve the function of biliary system and mechanism, confirmed gallbladder Paishi decoction can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms, repair damaged bile duct, lower rate of residual stones, reducing the number of stone to enhance residual stones The removal rate, and enhance immunity.
