Effect Of Tui'an Yunjingyi Treatment Cholelithiasis Patient After Surgery On Biliary Passage Pressure

Objective: To explore how do the Tui'an Yunjingyi treatment change cholelithiasis patients' biliary passage pressure. Methods: The cholelithiasis patients who have undergone biliary passage surgery and were inserted biliary drainage tube were chosen. Their gallbladder or biliary passage's average pressure(X₀), minimum pressure(X_0min), maximal pressure(X_0max)under going surgery were measured by using the method of pressure transducer connecting multichannel physiological signal collection system Three min after Tui'an Yunjingyi treatment, patient's gallbladder or biliary passage's average pressure(X₁), minimum pressure(X_1min), maximal pressure(X_1max)were measured again. Results: After Tui'an Yunjingyi treatment, patient's biliary passage's average pressure, minimum pressure, maximal pressure were significantly raised (P <0.05); however, gallbladder average pressure, minimum pressure, maximal pressure did not change significantly (P >0.05). Conclusions, treatment with Tui'an Yunjingyi could raise biliary passage's pressure, which might be due to the treatment could increase bile secretion and promote biliary tract's motion, In addition, the effect of Tui'an Yunjingyi treatment on gallbladder pressure is unknown, which should be researched in-depth.
