Objective & Methods The colon lymphoma is considered an infrequent extra nodular lymphoma and its clinical manifestation is non-specific. Sometimes it's difficult to make differential diagnosis with other colon tumors and colitis. Abdominal CT is a very helpful method to detect the lesion before therapy and can evaluate the lymphoma-staging pre-or post-therapy. This research retrospectively analysis the enhanced CT findings of 6 colon lymphoma cases after learning some past literatures about colon lymphoma. Results 4 in 6 patient's lesions located in ileocecal junction and the fundamental lesion was thickened intestine wall. 4 cases are B cell lymphoma with bulky mass or thickened intestinal wall; The other 2 cases are T cell type with mild thickened bowel wall and formulated mucosa ulcer. 5 in 6 have enlarged lymph-nodes in peritoneal or mesentery and some enlarged lymph node melt into mass. Conclusion CT performance of colon lymphoma is variety and overlap with other colon pathology. Both B and T cell lymphoma have their own characteristics. Abdominal CT is helpful in the diagnosis and tumor-staging of lymphoma.
