Objectives: To summarize the clinical manifestation and radiological features of malignant lymphoma(ML)admitted to the Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University in recent 10 years. Methods: The collected 95 samples of ML were collected from Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2007 to December 2017 whose postoperative pathological diagnosis were ML,retrospectively analyzed the sex, age, position, symptom, pathological types and so on.Results:Among 95 patients with ML,followe-up data were available in 56 cases,39 cases were not available,20 cases died in return visit. The patients with ML affected males more than females, the M/F ratio was 1.71:1.49 cases were under 60 years old, accounting for 51.58%,and 46 cases were over 60 years old, accounting for 48.42%.51 cases were under 3cm and 43 cases were over 3cm in the size of tumor.Chi-square test showed that there was no significant differences between the sex, age, tumor size and the pathological types of ML(P > 0.05).The most common location was neck(38/95),followed by submandibular and submental areas(22/95),and the most common symptom was painless swelling mass.Among the initial symptoms,71 cases were painless swelling mass,22 cases were pain or tenderness mass, and 2 cases were fever. There were not statistically significant difference between the pathological types of ML and plain CT value in the 61 patients with preoperative CT examination(P>0.05).Among 24 patients with preoperative MRI examination,2 cases were not signal description, and there were not statistically significant difference between the pathological types of ML and MRI signal strength in the 22patients(P>0.05).Ultrasound echo showed that most of the masses or lymph nodes had clear boundary and low echo in the 58 patients with preoperative ultrasound examination.34 cases with preoperative PET-CT examination were diagnosed as lymphoma, and the final pathological results are confirmed with 100% accuracy rate.By the postoperative pathological and immunohistochemical results, the NHL were 90cases(94.74%),of which the most common type was the large B-cell lymphoma, and the HL were 5 cases(5.26%).Among the 56 patients followed up with 44 chemotherapy cases, the prognosis of patients with chemotherapy was significantly different from that of patients without chemotherapy in 36 survivors(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The ML with the swelling lymph node of neck was the initial symptom in oral, maxillofacial and cervical region, the PET-CT had high accuracy diagnosising. The large B-cell lymphoma was the most common pathological type in the NHL,and chemotherapy was the main treatment with good prognosis.
