Objective:To study the characteristics of male breast cancer, risk factors, treatment and prognosis.Methods:Retrospectively reviewed 6 cases of male breast cancer's clinical features and treatment, and for domestic and international literature review.Result:The incidence of male breast cancer is low, in this group, the average age of 6 patients is 64.2 years old, median age is 65 years old. The course of disease is long. The main pathological type is infiltration type. Treatment should be together with surgical resection, chemotherapy and endocrine therapy.Conclusion:Male breast cancer is a rare disease, with long disease course, high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. It is easily to be overlooked or mis diagnosed. Because of the above characteristics, we are due to the early diagnosis and treatment to improve the survival rate of male breast cancer.
