Capillary Leak Syndrome (CLS) is a group of clinical syndromes in serious patients, and the clinical manifestations of CLS include Hypoproteinemia, hypovolemic shock, acute kidey ischemia. It happens because of the injury of capillary endothelium, and capillary permeability enlarged making plasma protein leak to tissue space .Its hazardous reside in pulmonary alveolus edema, limiting gas exchange, hypoxia, aggravating injury of capillary, which making partly inflammation expand system, leading to MODS; The common pathogenies are sepsis, severe trauma, extracorporeal circulation, ischemical reperfusion injury and so on. Therefor, we should understanding the relevant factors of CLS, in order to reduce CLS happened. In order to explore the relevant factors of the CLS in infants, we choice the 52 infants with CLS, as test group, in NICU of The Fist Clinical Hospital in Ji Lin university from March 2008 to March 2010 to analyze retrospectively. While, we get the other 50 infants randamly without CLS as the control group. Monitoring the glucose per infants in two group, four times per day ;recording the liquid quantity balance in 5 days in test group, before CLS diagnosising, while recording the control group the same time liquid quantity balance, apply to Chi Square test, calculating P value, then making the statistical significance relavent factors to Logistic of anlyzing multiple factor in order to understanding relevant factors. Recording the liquid quantity in 3 days after diagnosising CLS, using T test, indicating the importance of liquid administering in serious infants. Acorrding to the clinical experience, we assignment to preterm infant, sex, inherent heart disease, pulmonary disease, operation treatment, septicemia, inherent malformation, low temperature, hyperglycemia, with CLS as agent variable, using Chi Square test, then making the statistical significance relavent factors with the liquid balance statistical significance relavented to Logistic of anlyzing multiple factor in order to understanding relevant factors. At the same time, we collect information on each case and establish a unified questionnaire, finally we put all the information in Excel to create data files and use SPSS 12.0 statistical software for analysis.Overall, the study find that liquid positive balance, septicemia, hyperglycemia, low temperature, pulmonary disease having statistical significance; making all the statistical significance relevant factors to Logistic of anlyzing multiple factor, finding septicemia, liquid positive balance, low temperature, pulmonary disease are the independence risk factors of CLS. Meanwhile, making test group liquid quantity contrast to control group after diagnosising the CLS, the importance liquid administering in serious infants. Accordingly, we conclude that septicemia, liquid positive balance ,low temperature, pulmonary disease are the independence risk factors of CLS, and we should strengthen the protection of early pregnancy and the liquid administering in serious infants, improving the clinical skills, interfering in all risk factors actively, reducing the CLS happened.
