Compared with the developed countrys, such as Europe and America, which slow down to some extent because of taking precautions and union taking precautions against and treating, The method taking precautions against as well as combining prevention with control is to reduce coronary heart disease harmfulness main part having effect, so study for its treatment is still hot topics of common interest at home and abroad.In Traditional Chinese Medicine there is no "Coronary Heart Disease" Illness, coronary heart disease is Chest pain in Chinese, The name of Chest pain starts with "Yellow Emperor", Most of coronary heart disease result from coronary insufficiency due to the myocardial ischemia and hypoxia. shortness of breath with heart palpitations, precordial discomfort as the main performance. We reject the peach kernel, safflower, and peony, adding Night Kodo, Millettla, Radix, Achyranthes, parasitic, Shenjin grass, Notopterygium that is NXKKFY, both retain their effectiveness,also increase the protection to the heart and kidney. Astragalus as the monarch drug in this prescription and its dosage is more than others, which can inprove the function of the spleen and stomach, so that the Qi can accelerate the blood circulation, blood stasis disappears. Danggui is the minister medicine that is good for blood, and there is the magical effect to blood stasis without injury. On this basis, by Night Kodo to nourishing the nerves.The functions of Achyranthes and Polygonum multiflorum are nourishing the liver and kidney, add Notopterygium, Shenjin grass to enhance the functions of relaxing the muscles and stimulating the blood circulation. The experiments are intended to qi deficiency blood stasis rat model with coronary heart disease, from NO, ET, Hcy to explore the factors related to treatment mechanism on coronary heart disease, so as to provide evidence for Chinese medicine treatment of coronary heart disease and further experimental research.Of 48 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, give the normal diet 7 days, after that regular feeding the different doses of NXKKFY and the Compound Danshen Dripping Pills 20 days. Then the rats were given ISO injection twice and the heart monitor to negative control group,until myocardial ischemia could mark the successful model of replication, After the last injection of ISO, with 10% chloral hydrate anesthetized rats, then open the abdominal cavity, serum made from the abdominal aorta blood about 5ml. Clipping the same parts for myocardial biopsy, and finally observed the pathological changes under the light microscope and photographed.The results show that: Compared with model group, NXKKFY can be in different levels of each group by improving serum NO content, while reducing the serum ET, Hcy levels and the changes of cardiac morphology. Large and medium dose of NXKKFY group and control group are basic integrity of cardiac morphology, myocardial texture clear, and less infiltration of inflame- matory cells than the negative control group.In summary: The study of rats as in the successful replication model of myocardial ischemia, the observation of serum NO, ET, Hcy levels and the changes of myocardial cell morphology, indicating that NXKKFY on myocar- dial ischemia has a clear preventive effect, get by protection of endothelial cells and slow down atherosclerosis.
