The Expression And Research Of Aiolos On Peripheral Blood Monouclear Cell Of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Patients

Objective: This experiment through to Aiolos mRNA transcription factors in SLE patients peripheral blood cells were studied, and the expression to Aiolos mRNA transcription factor in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus role for the pathogenesis, clinical screening high-risk groups and the diagnosis and treatment of patients with SLEprovide certain theoretical basis. Methods: Peripheral separation collect mononuclear cells,extraction in beta actin RNA, for reference purposes within the genetic basis of primers specificity, SYBR through Green fluorescence quantitative RT - PCR technology to Aiolos transcription factor gene expression level of relative analysis. Statistical methods: singlefactor analysis of variance and t-test. Results: The results showed the transcription factors in SLE patients peripheral Aiolos mRNA mononuclear cells expressed obviously lower than the normal control group (p < 0.01). Conclusion: This experiment showed Aiolos mRNAin SLE patients peripheral blood cells that significantly reduced, and the expression of the abnormal or missing Aiolos mRNA in the pathogenesis of SLE may play an important role.
