To isolate the compounds by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis.23 compounds were obtained from CHCl3 and EtOAc fractions of EtOH extract of Ganoderma sinense Zhao,Xu et Zhang,inclucding two triterpenoids,twelve sterols,one cyclopeptide,two alkaloids,one ceramide and two cerebrosides,one ramification of furan and two fatty acids,which were identified as Sinense acid A(1*),Ganodermanontriol(2),Ergosta-7, 22-dien-1α,4β-diol(3*),Ergosterol(4),Ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(5),Ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-yl palmitate(6),6,9-Epidioxyergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(7),5.8-Epidioxyergosta-6, 22-dien-3β-ol(8),Ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one(9),Ergosta-7,22-dien-2β,3α,9α-triol(10), Ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol(11),5α-Stigmastan-3,6-dione(12),β-Sitosterol (13),Daucosterol(14),Cyclo(D-Pro-D-Val)(15),Sinensine A(16*), Sinensine B(17*),Cerebroside D(18),Hemisceramide(19),Poke-weed cerebroside(20), 5-Formylfuran-2-carboxylic acid(21),2-Hydroxylignoceric acid(22) and Lignoceric acid(23).Componds 1,3,16 and 17 are novel componds.Componds 2,4-15,18-23 are isolated from the fruiting bodies of G.sinense for the first time.Componds 6,12,18-23 are isolated from Ganoderma Karst.for the first time.Ten triterpenoids were obtained from EtOAc fraction of EtOH extract of Ganoderma tsugae Murr.,and identified as Ganodermanontriol(2),Ganoderiol A(24), Ganodermatriol(25),Ganoderic acid C(26),Ganoderic acid A(27),Lucidone A(28), Lucidenic acid C(29),Lucidenic acid LM1(30),Ganoderic acid I(31),Ganoderic acid B (32).Componds 2,24-29,31 are all isolated from G.tsugae for the first time.The contents of the total triterpene acids in eight Ganoderma specimens had been determined by ultravioletvisible absorption spectroscopy.Meanwhile,the contents of four triterpene acids in 13 Ganoderma samples,using Ganoderic acid B,Lucidenic acid A,Ganoderic acid C and Ganosporeic acid A as the comparison substances,were determined by HPLC.
