The Study On Medical Care Conduct Of Rural Residents

It is more than 6 years from the new rural cooperative medical system experiment in 2003 to now, and it left only about one year to finish the plan which should be fully carried out the new cooperative medical system in 2010. In the beginning of the year of 2008, our country increased more spending on cooperative medical treatment based on former cooperative medical treatment, and these indicated the decision of our country to consummate the rural medical care system, however there have more and more problems from the beginning of the cooperative medical system experiment to now. Rural resident showed less satisfaction and confidence to the rural medical care system compare to the anticipation, however the sustaining, effective, new rural cooperative medical system is the focus to resolve the three dimensional rural issues and to consummate the rural medical care system step by step. Based on the former background, this research described and analyzed the status of medical needs and medical behaviors, the impact factor of the rural resident aimed at the medical behaviors, and the opinions of the rural resident aimed at the new rural cooperative medical system referred to the rural resident of Jiangling county, Hubei province, based on action theory, hierarchy of needs theory and rational peasant theory, and combined- questionnaire investigation and case interview, after that we gave suggestions on reasonable construction of the new rural cooperative medical system.The whole article includes five parts as follows:Partâ… : An introduction including giving out the problems, the research purpose and significance, the innovation points, the reference, the design of this research and so on.Partâ…¡: The research region and the analysis of the sample character: a brief introduction of the character of Jiangling county, Jingzhou city, Hubei province where the research samples are from, and the character of the rural resident.Partâ…¢: The process of rural resident medical behaviors.
