Clinical Research To Treatment On Tanreshenxu Syndrome Of Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Qinfei Wenshen Method

Objective:To provide new clinical basis for the treatment of AECOPD by investigating Clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine on treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) in Qingfei Wenshen method.Method:In this research,50 patients who were diagnosed as tanreshenxu syndrome of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into treatment group and the control group randomly.Treatment group was given Qingfei Wenshen decoction and western medicine anti-infection,dissipate phlegm,antispasmodic,and relieving asthma treatment.Control group only use western medicine anti-infection, dissipate phlegm,antispasmodic,and relieving asthma treatment.After two weeks,we will observe the main and secondary symptoms,signs and related inflammatory indicators before and after the treatment.Meanwhile,we will compare the curative effects of the two groups.Results:①The main and secondary symptoms and signs have improved significantly in both of the two groups(P＜0.01).In the integrated effects,Qingfei Wenshen decoction and western medicine anti-infection,dissipate phlegm,antispasmodic,and relieving asthma treatment is superior to the method that uses western medicine only(P＜0.05).Some of the symptoms and signs(such as the amount of sputum,the color of sputum, yaoxisuanruan,weihanzhileng) of the treatment group have improved more significantly than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Other symptoms and signs(such as cough,pant, ecchymosis,fever,crackles) have no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).②Changes of both blood samples(the total number of white blood cell,blood neutrophil percentage,C-reactive protein,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,etc.) are Significant difference in statistics before and after treatment(P＜0.01).There were not significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The method that use Qingfei Wenshen decoction and western medicine anti-infection,dissipate phlegm,antispasmodic,and relieving asthma have good curative effects in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.In the integrated effects,Qingfei Wenshen decoction and western medicine anti-infection,dissipate phlegm, antispasmodic,and relieving asthma is superior to the method that uses western medicine only.Some of the symptoms and signs(such as the amount of sputum,the color of sputum, yaoxisuanruan,weihanzhileng) of the treatment group have improved more significantly than that of Zhe group that uses western medicine.Those suggest that Qingfei Wenshen decoction as the guiding ideology is a integeral concept.It is characteristic of treatment based in pathogenesis obtained by different symptoms and signs,It's help to relief early in symptoms and stabilize in disease condition,which reflect the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine.But the inflammatory indicators and certain related symptoms,signs has no significant difference both of two groups.So combination treatment of traditional chinese medicine and western medicine for AECOPD is the main direction in the future.
