Limb disturbance due to abnormal tension of muscle after cerebral infarction as the main symptoms and signs, are affected in patients with motor function and quality of life of the main factors at a higher percentage of disability, especially difficult to restore,so its treatment particularly important.Destination:For the preliminary optimization of acupuncture therapeutic regimen on abnormal tension of muscle after cerebral infarction.Means:On the impact of post-stroke dystonia effect of acupuncture based on the multivariate analysis, the use of factorial design to study the timing of acupuncture, the election of these two factors combined point of three different levels(Acupuncture time:1~5 days,6~10 days,11~15 of cerebral disease;election combined point:the scalp acupuncture+ acupoint of yang meridians, the scalp acupuncture+ acupoint of yin meridians, the scalp acupuncture+ yin yang meridians with alternating) with a combination of different programs on muscle infarction tension caused by abnormal function itself and the impact of the initial intervention to determine the best time acupuncture, the best combination selected points in order to determine the initial cerebral infarction treated with acupuncture dystonia optimization program.Study of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Chinese medicine hospital stroke unit observation wards cases, select 1~5 days,6~10 days,11~15 days of the 21 cases of patients with basic medical treatment, rehabilitation therapy on the basis of standard treatment, and then add acupuncture intervention factors(the scalp acupuncture+ acupoint of yang meridians, the scalp acupuncture +acupoint of yin meridians, the scalp acupuncture+yin yang meridians with alternating),one day each 40min,acupuncture for 5 days a week, every other day 2,again next week, treatment, two weeks for one course of treatment, treatment 2 courses, after the first 60 days after onset of follow-up visits to observe the modified Ashworth spasticity Level,Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function,Barthel Index,NIHSS score, respectively, for their statistical analysis, observation on acupuncture for treatment of different similarities and differences between the efficacy of the program, the initial intervention to determine the best time to acupuncture, choose the best combination points, determine the best with the program.Result:The pathogenesis of cerebral infarction in 1~5 days,at the foundation of acupuncture points on the first and at the same time to the turn of yin and yang of acupuncture points by the body, the spasm modified Ashworth Level,Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function,Barthel Index,NIHSS score target play a relatively best to improve the effect. Conclusion:Acupuncture Cerebral dystonia preferred initial treatment are:the timing of cerebral acupuncture course within 1~5 days;the selection combined points is the scalp acupuncture+yin yang meridians with alternating, the effect will be relatively the best.
