Acupuncture Yang Acupoints Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction With Hemiplegia Optimization By Orthogonal Design Screening Program

Objective: Affecting access by Yang acupoints acupuncture efficacy of cerebral hemiplegia six factors: the frequency of treatment, the amount of stimulation by acupuncture needle,tying in with the JuCi, the electro-acupuncture, moxibustion or not, needle time left, taking two levels of each factor, arranging clinical trials by orthogonal design, select the optimization program by the Yang acupoints of acupuncture treatment of cerebral hemiplegia of the above factors and the level.Methods: According to the pilot study of the factors and the levels L8(27) orthogonal table is selected. 64 cases, being consistent with the standards of this study, are randomly divided into 8 groups of 8 cases, using the above orthogonal to array the clinical trials, giving the corresponding treatment to the groups by the designed therapy, adding to the scores of the function of the arm and the leg by Fugl-Meyer after treating, analyzing the data statistically, to determine the primary and secondary of the factors and the advantages and disadvantages of the levels in the study.Results: The difference between the two levels,of the frequency of treatment, the amount of stimulation by acupuncture needle,tying in with the JuCi, the electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, is significant(P<0.05). The difference between the two levels of needle time left is not significant(P>0.05).The results suggest that: treating 2 times per day> 1 time per day; re-stimulation> light stimulation; with the JuCi > paralysed side; with the electro-acupuncture > not with the electro-acupuncture; with moxibustion> not with moxibustion; lasting 30 minutes>lasting 60 minutes.Conclusion: The frequency of treatment, the amount of stimulation by acupuncture needle,tying in with the JuCi, the electro-acupuncture, moxibustion or not,are significant factors,and needle time left is not significant factor in treating cerebral hemiplegia by Yang acupoints.In the study,the prioritized program is: treating 2 times per day, re-stimulating by the acupuncture needle, each treatment of the needle lasting 30 minutes,tying in with the JuCi, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion.
