Objective:This article is based on the best investgation research technology,based on healthy people,dampness and phlegm retetion syndrom of hypertation in patients with evidence-based,metabolic group full spectrum analysis,set up phlegm dampness and phlegm retetion syndrom evidence of hypertension Metabolomics-based study of patients with the diagnosis,identify the model,and then screened to determine the dampness hypertension syndromes dampness and phlegm retetion related biomarkers(group),from the metabolism study group to explore the level of hypertension on Chinese medicine dampness and phlegm retetion syndrom of hypertation "evidence" of basic material.Method:Choose the second half of 2008,Jiangsu Province,Chinese medicine hospital and medical out-patient of hypertensive patients,these patients are not taking high blood pressure,according to the guiding principles of Chinese medicine research,dialectical dampness and phlegm retetion syndrom of hypertation belong to the observation group 15 cases of men,and the other at our hospital randomly selected physical health of 20 male control group.12-hour fasting blood samples were no food,through high-speed dedicated plasma after centrifugation,stored in -80℃refrigerator,after receipt of all samples to be principal component analysis,obtained through the analysis of metabolic fingerprinting,the spectra of pre-treatment and integral,the integral value of the multivariate statistical analysis,based on a sample plot of principal component scores to determine differences between groups;further analysis using PCA loading matrix of principal component factor analysis,and variable scatter (Loading plot),can be found from the figure significant increase or decrease of variables,a combination of these variables is the characterization of disease "biomarkers group."Results:①The dampness and phlegm retetion syndrom of hypertation weight and body mass index to be significantly higher than the normal control group.②normal control group compared with the dampness and phlegm retetion group,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C were significantly different.③dampness and phlegm retetion scatter distribution of the sample group showed that:the control group and dampness can dampness and phlegm retetion Group obvious distinction between the two groups exist between the more significant difference.④According to dampness and phlegm retetion group and normal control group the peak / compound identification table,the analysis software simcap there is significant difference between the compounds for the Glutamic acid,gamma-Tocopherol,Monohexadecanoylglycerol, creatinine,Uric acid,beta-D - Glucopyranose,Valine,Urea these eight compounds.Conclusions:①the use of metabolomics research method can successfully distinguish between dampness and phlegm retetion syndrom of hypertation group and normal control group.② initial hypertension was out dampness and phlegm retetion Group Metabolomics group of students that were markers:blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,glutamic acid,valine,γ-tocopherol alone,glycerol aldehyde 16,β-D - pyran(type) glucose).③In addition this study also confirmed the essential hypertension group dampness and phlegm retetion.
