Observe the time of the operation take, retention time of the tube and restoration of all the patients. Evaluate achievement ratio, effective power of the operation, incidence rate of complication and prognosis.Results: Achievement ratio of all the 61 patients was 100%, effective power was 100%, incidence rate of complication was 1.64%. About 11 minutes was taken to enforce the operation. Retention time of the tube was 4～30 days. The nutrition state of all the patients was obviously improved afer give enteral nutrition and without serious complication.Conclusions: Enforce enteral nutrition on postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome suffers, subtotal gastrectomy suffers who with diabetes mellitus and severe acute pancreatitis suffers via endoscopic jejunal feeding tube placement is good for postoperative rehabilitation, and decurtate recovery time. The operation is convenient, not difficult and with high safety, low complication incidence tate. It is a convenient, safety and effective nutrition support method in the clinical oplication of enteral nutrition.
