Efficacy Of QingReYiQi Granules On Cervicitis With Chlamydia Trachomatis And Effect On HBD-2 Gene Expression

Objective:To investigate human beta defensin 2(hBD-2) gene expression in normal cervix and uterus or with chlamydia trachomatis,effect of QingReYiQi Granules on it and clinical efficacy.Methods:90 patients with Cervicitis with chlamydia trachomatis were divided into three groups randomly,QingReYiQi Granules group(A), deoxycycline group(B) and A plus B group(C) at respectively 30 cases,to study their efficacies and hBD-2 gene expression.Results:1.After intervention,total effective rate was 70.6%in A group,76.5%in B group,and 94.1%in C group.It was better in C group than A and B groups with significant difference(P＜0.01) meanwhile similar efficacy between A and B(P＞0.05).2.Human beta-defensin 2 mRNA all expressed in Cervicitis with chlamydia trachomatis and normal palace and endometrium,but former was stronger.3.The hBD-2 gene expression was stronger in QingReYiQi Granules group than deoxycycline group.Conclusions:QingReYiQi Granules that was suitable to Cervicitis with chlamydia trachomatis plus deficiency of vital energy could enhance hBD-2 mRNA expression and the immune function of patients.
